Best Air Duct Repair in Plano TX
Team Enoch was quick, honest and provided a guaranteed flat rate to put an electrical outlet under my sink for my new RO system. Their pricing was less than half of what others quoted (and all those quotes were estimates subject to change). I'd highly recommend Team Enoch for any small electrical or plumbing jobs you may have.

IF YOU ARE READING REVIEWS, BE CAREFUL FOR WHO YOU HIRE TO WORK. PLEASE NOT ONLY READ MY REVIEW BUT ALSO OTHERS AND SEE HOW THIS COMPANY RESPONDED. You will find out yourself if they take responsible for their work after taking your money or not. Good luck!
Calling Rescue Air for a second opinion to diagnose my AC unit is not working. It was nice that they can send a technician without a charge.
Unfortunately, I received 2 different answers from 2 technician. The first HVAC said my main control board needs to be replaced. Rescue Air said I need to change the thermostat which costs me $600. I asked many times that if I still need to change the main board in order to make it work and they said NO.
The first HVAC company took responsible for their diagnose, came and changed my thermostat for FREE to show their good faith in the business, they told me that if I go with Rescue Air, I will need to pay twice. Not only I have to pay for the thermostat that is not broken but also pay for the main control board!
Long story short, I call Rescue Air to give them a second chance to make it right. They felt offended and the call agent Janet was rude while taking the call. They refused their wrong diagnoses and didn't want to step in to find solutions or listen to what their customer wants to ask for. I asked to escalate this matter to the manager, their manager gave me the quotes way more expensive than the 1st company. Since I don't trust their expertise and the way they handle the customer, I am not going to hire them.

Xtreme Air installed two new variable speed AC units in 2019, and followed up with regular maintenance every 6 months since then. Our upstairs unit quit working recently and Xtreme was called. It took a week to get an appointment with them and when they did come out we were given inconsistent information from one tech. A more experienced tech came out later that day and told us that we needed a new condenser and coil, to the tune of $13,500. We had difficulty understanding how warrantied parts could result in that big of an expense. We spoke to Eddy O., the owner, and were unimpressed with his explanation. We decided to pursue a second and third opinion with other companies only to be told that the original installation was done incorrectly - the air flow was undersized and unbalanced, contributing to a breakdown of the compressor, which in turn likely contaminated the coil. We were also informed that the wiring at installation was incorrect for a variable speed unit. We were told that routine maintenance should have picked up some of these issues as part of their routine checks, however they did not. I spoke with Eddy again after our 2nd and 3rd opinions, and was disappointed that he took no responsibility for the work his employees did at installation/maintenance. I will not be using them again, nor will I refer friends and family to them.

Force Air wows us again! Just had my HVAC System maintenance appointment. To my good fortune, Paul LeClaire was the professional rep who handled the service call. He came highly recommended - now we know why. Paul was extremely knowlegeable, thorough, patient and congenial. He took the time to explain issues of concern, repair options, safety issues, pricing and financing, should that be needed. His manner was impressiove and his professionalism - top notch.
He's spoiled us for any others. I could not commend Paul more. After years of trying competitors of Force Air, being disappointed, misled, lied to and ripped off along the way - finally, and at long last, I feel confident in the abilities of the highly skilled staff at Force Air to handle all my home maintenance needs and repairs for the duration.
