Best HVAC System Maintenance in Plano TX

I do NOT recommend this company at all!  The lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable.  I will not type a lot just read the texts and you can verify the phone number as being there's with screen shots attached.

I wish I had more stars to give this company.  Their prices, service, communications, attentiveness, kindness, expertise - all of it was far beyond our expectations.   You will not be disappointed! Thank you guys so much!

I've had two bad experiences with Enoch in the last two weeks:

1- I just paid thousands of dollars switching to a tankless water-heater. Enoch sent 1 employee for the complete install. After 12 hours of work the employee admitted he doesn't know why the system has bad water pressure and the next morning it took over 2 minutes for my kitchen sink to start to get warm water. I never had those problems before. I've tried reaching out and they are yet to respond. Last words to me were that I need to pay more to add a filter for hard water... something they never tested before the install. They are great at giving quotes and terrible at following through

2- I tried to get a quote on fixing airflow to my back bedroom. Two employees came and one of the young gentleman told me it's not even worth it for us to do this. I later received a quote for $8000 to completely change all my duct work. Another company quoted me $250 and said it was an easy fix

I used Devard's after a one year disaster with a family owned business in Plano, called TA&H.

Carlos came out and refined my installed system and got it running efficiently. He subsequently came out for the service check and all is well.

I recommended Devard's to my daughter and she called them after one of their systems was not cooling properly. Daddy's reputation on the line!!

Devard's team installed a new coil and condenser for my daughter and as it happens, she needed a babysitter that day and asked me to come over. I behaved and did not watch the install. They were real pro's and Carlos came to check on things when they finished and briefed my daughter on what went on. I stayed silent and was HAPPY that everything turned out well.

We have an old home with an old AC unit so we've had to use Rescue Air a couple of times. They are always our company of choice due to how professional they are. Today, Roman came to our rescue due to our AC not being able to keep up with the Texas heat. He was so friendly and professional. He was able to clearly explain what was wrong with our unit and gave options of what we might need to do in the future. It didn't take him long to fix our current issue and now I'm sitting in my living room and enjoying our working air conditioner! Before finding rescue air, we had called another large company who told us the only option was to replace the unit for a large price. We decided to get a second opinion and called rescue air and they were able to fix the problem without having to recommend a new unit. I love how honest and professional they are. I highly recommend this company!
