Best Electric Furnace Installation in Plano TX
Team Enoch was quick, honest and provided a guaranteed flat rate to put an electrical outlet under my sink for my new RO system. Their pricing was less than half of what others quoted (and all those quotes were estimates subject to change). I'd highly recommend Team Enoch for any small electrical or plumbing jobs you may have.

These folks are real nice when selling you a new system. And everything seemed to be going ok as they started the install. Then it began to turn into some sort of homeowner nightmare. The new 12k furnace all the sudden needs 10k worth of new ductwork, the electrician doesn't want to install the fixture he has been called out to because HE doesn't like that kind, and wants to replace them all with something else. As a homeowner I get do decide what fixtures I want in the house not the person installing them. Painters don't pick your paint color, and flooring guys doing pick your tile/carpeting.
As if that were not enough the gas hot water heater magically quit working the very night the gas furnace was installed. This seemed just a little too strange. Two service technicians were sent out to investigate determining that a new water was needed for 3000. Now, this just didn't seem right. PAID another company look and nothing is wrong with it. Extreme air had the gas cut off in the attic to the water heater.
A 12k furnace which is expensive enough nearly turned into a 26k ordeal. This has been beyond stressful.

They offer to send a person to inspect the damage free of cost and then quote 2X. Quoted me $800 for a simple replacement- got it done for $240. Stay away!!!

Do yourself a favor and call around. I can almost guarantee you will save money for the same or better service elsewhere. Im a person of full transparency, so at the bottom of this review, Ive included all the numbers for you.
We have had a maintenance service plan with this company for a few years now. The plumbers have always been great, very fair, and pretty straight shooters to the best of our knowledge, so we have never had a complaint there. However, the AC guys..... Every time we have needed them, the guys have been there for HOURS and always SUPER expensive. Most recently our estimate was so overly inflated we opted for additional opinions.
The word salad game was strong, & we got a lot of pressure to purchase inflated units and to replace both when only one was necessary. Ive outlined the numbers below in case it helps anyone (minus any military discounts offered).
This company: (numbers are for the units they pushed so hard)
4 ton unit, 16 SEER minimum, pushed for 18. Cost- $18,989
3 ton unit, 14 SEER minimum, pushed for 16. Cost- $16,840
Both units 12 yr warranty. Heavily pushed for both. 12 mo same as cash or 9.5% loan.
Other company:
3.5 ton unit, 14.3 SEER. Cost- $11,973
2.5 ton unit, 14.3 SEER. Cost- $10,837
Both units 10 yr a warranty. Not a single ounce of pressure to do both. 5 yr same as cash. These costs ALSO each include a replacement thermostat.
We ended up only replacing the broken unit which saved us $7,000. Had we done both that would have been nearly a $13,000 difference. The smaller units are more than sufficient for our home and are on par with the other quotes we got as well. Our quote from Force Home was over-inflated.
In addition, we are saving by switching maintenance plans to the new company as well.
