I have had the privilege of working with Luis on multiple projects now. He is a great communicator, and his team also does exceptional work. He has helped me with tasks as simple as paint and as challenging as replacing posts for the covered patio, working with the city on permitting cement work, etc. He has always been fair and always been kind. Miguel and Bradford are the best!!! After 5 days with no electricity and water, they arrived at 5 pm on a Saturday night and worked through the night until 4:30 am helping me replace a water heater, fix 5 busted pipes and locate the source of the low water pressure. They were so professional, conscientious, and hard working. I really appreciate his fair pricing and thoughtfulness to not leave me until my water was working. With the historical freeze in Dallas last week, it is extremely difficult to find a plumber, much less one that is reliable and trustworthy. All the problems and corrections were patiently explained to me and corrected. He even recommended an excellent water extraction company for my carpets that were soaked from the waterfall of busted pipes.

In addition to the above, Miguel several days earlier drove 45 minutes back to to my house at 11 pm to show me how to turn off the main water valve to the house when the house water purifying system sprung 5 high pressure leaks in the PVC pipes and exploded the filter container. It is difficult to find this kind of amazing customer service. He is truly a kind and considerate man.

Had a simple circuit breaker problem at my home. Filled out all of my information, scheduled a time, and then heard back by text that we would not be the best company for this project. No real reason given. Waste of time.
