Best House Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Can you say WOW! I couldn't get my outdoor faucet to completely turn off and I knew if it continued the dripping water could attract termites.  I scheduled a time with Pink Plumbing.  They called to tell me they could come earlier. WHAT, I don't have to wait around all day like some companies ask you to?  20 minutes later Chris was at the door (during one of our wonderful flooding rainstorms). Chris had the faucet repaired and back at the front door before I knew it.  Efficient, polite, excellent service!  If you need a plumber, you can't do any better than Chris and Pink Plumbing.

Called Wednesday night at 11:30pm after my water heater wasn't producing any hot water and the water pan was full of water.  They answered and was very professional and sympathetic of my situation.  They set me up with an appointment the very next day.  CJ showed up on time.  Nicest installer I've ever had to deal with.  He explained to me that the heater needed to be replaced.  I anticipated this as this unit was almost 15 years old.  His quote for the replacement was competitive and included a 6 year manufacturers warranty with a 3 year labor warranty.  He got the new unit installed in less than 2 hours.  CJ walked me through the new unit, its functionality and things I should do for maintenance.  We also got a 10% discount on all future labor from Lawson.  I would definitely use them again in the future.  I'm glad I could rely on the past reviews of this company.

Had a surprise leak. Called Lawson T 7:00 am Sat and Justin showed up early. He was great very nice and professional. The work was really good prices are very fair. They helped us get in touch with a dry walker have to tell everyone out there Lawson is a company I would highly recommend. Also could not say enough about how great Justin was again if you have plumbing issue this is the company to use.

Highly recommend this company! We had a different company install and do yearly checks but we switched to Allegiance and it was the best decision. Tom came out & not only was extremely professional, personable, and smart but was down to earth and kind. My husband and I don't know much about RO and water softeners (except that they are important haha) and he was incredibly informative and helpful. Explained everything he was doing to help us be well informed. Trust is a big thing with me & this company definitely gained my trust. If you're on the fence or don't know who to call, you will never regret calling this business & gaining a lifetime contact for household needs.

The water suddenly opened like a cloud burst from the ceiling. Luckily, I had called Option One who showed up to help. We had a drain clog a few months ago with Matt coming to save the day, so I knew to call Option One again! Matt is so calm and helpful- explaining what's going on and needs to be fixed. Matt and Robert just turned the water back on, and we're good to go! Matt with Option One is the best!

My A/C went out at the end of April. I searched Yelp for a heating/cooling contractor in April. There were numerous companies within 20 miles of my house but what initially caught my eye about the Dukes of Air was the fact that they had over 100 (5 star) reviews on here. That was far an away more reviews than any other contractor. I decided to give them a call. They sent a tech out to take a look and give an estimate. Robert came out and he was very friendly and very knowledgable. I was pretty sure going into this that I was probably gonna have to get a new system so I was prepared for that. Robert did say that the control board was shot and he could fixit but it was just delaying the inevitable so I asked for my options on a new system. He laid it out for me and I chose a mid level (16 seer) system. Before he left he got me up into the attic and pointed out some issues with how the original system was installed and explained why and how they would install the new system to make it work more efficiently.  When it came time to schedule the install, he said it would be two weeks before the install could happen. I was nervous because it was starting to get hot out. He said he knew it wasn't ideal but when he left he promised to return within the hour for some portable units that I could use till the install happened. True to his word, he returned home I about 30 minutes with two LG portable AC units, one for each floor. It wasn't an ideal situation but it made the two weeks bearable.

A little bit more than two months later and I am loving my new a/c unit. It keeps the house cool and it runs for significantly less time than the old unit which was on constantly.  I'm also really digging the Wifi thermostat.

Looking for an AC contractor? These guys are great. They are honest and they take great pride in their work. I will be using them in the future. Oh yeah, their work trucks look like the General Lee. What more could you want?

Man give them a cheaper price. I appreciate Rooter Hero. I appreciate what they stand for and  the integrity they bring. If you do not want to know the truth about your plumbing call some one else. This company will tell you everything you need to know and give you options.
