Great Customer Service!!!CTR plumbing originally came out and fixed a RO system that leaked all over and damaged our island kitchen.  After the repairs were completed, Eric installed a new RO system.  In the mean time, he pointed out some of the new plumbing out of code completed by the contractors repairing the damaged kitchen.  The contractors came about and repaired the problem.  Then the RO system leaked again. CTR came out to find out why the RO system leaked again.  Come to find out, the contractors did not put the plumbing back together correctly on the RO system.  CTR plumbing repaired the problem and did not charge for the visit or repair.  He stated that it wasn't my fault so he couldn't see charging me again.  It was the contractors fault.  Great customer service!!!

I'm a contractor in Arizona. I have been using these guys for the past 5 years and I will continue to use them every time I have any plumbing or gas project. Their knowledge is extremely extensive and their workmanship speaks for itself. You will not regret hiring these guys.

Shopper Beware - I had Goettl come out yesterday to give me a quote on replacing my AC/Heat Pump, which is currently not broken and works fine it is just a 33 year old Goettl and no longer efficient.  The SALESMAN was polite and personable, looked the current unit over, came in did some numbers then dropped $19,224 (4 tome 16 Seer) to replace my current system.  Yikes.  But then the hard sales tactics started.  He remembered that they had a unit in their warehouse that was for a church project that had been postponed, and he could probably get me a deal on that unit, so I said ok.  He made a phone call as was told that someone else was interested in that unit, but had not put a deposit down, as of yet, and was pending finance approval. So he said I could get that unit (5 ton 18 seer) for the price of $22,174, but if I committed right then and there, they would do it for $12,000, but I would have to pay a deposit immediately, as the other customers financing could go through at any minute, then the unit would not be available.  

Here are my issues with this meeting.  

1.  The first price was outrageous and if this had been the first quote I received, I would have been completely discouraged.   All the other quotes I got were within a couple hundred dollars of each other ranging from $7-8000.

2. What company would try undercut another customers deal, if the story was even true.  I don't know what the other customers situation is, and if he was trying to secure financing for his deal then I am sure he was counting on the integrity of the company he made that deal with to have that product available.  I know how I would feel if that happened to me, so taking that deal was not an option, as I could not do that to someone else.

I had set the whole day aside and had several companies come to give me estimates (5). I do not live in a big fancy house, I work 2 jobs and pretty much live paycheck to paycheck. I have worked hard for several years to save for this purchase and wanted to make sure I get the best value for my purchase/investment.  This appointment really upset me and bothered me most of the night.  I thought long and hard about posting this review but think it is only fair, to others like me, to know what my experience was, as it might save them some time. I am not sure if I was treated this way because I am a woman, and he thought I was stupid or if this is their general way of treating all potential customers, either way, it was not right.  In closing, be careful, do your homework and don't let anyone disrespect you!!  There are plenty of other companies out there that will treat you fairly and respectfully to earn your business.  This company did not do that for me.
