Ok Steve I've used you before I find you very knowledgeable, and I use you again, the only problem is you Wayover priced at $80 an hour as a senior citizen I can't afford you you might think drop your prices down and I'll use you again but not at $80 an hour I can't do that I'm on a six budget buddy I didn't win more I didn't know you probably don't remember me I name is Bob Fazzina on S. I had an appointment for diagnostics for my 2 year old hot water heater. The service individual took a few pics and walked outside to take a phone call and   did not come for 15 minutes. I was then informed, my 15 minute appointment was done. I never received any diagnostics on the unit and was charged 122$ for the appointment. I had to call 2 times to find out the status. I was then placed on hold and told the manager was in a meeting. Waste of time and money.... I was then told due to the brand of my unit it could not be serviced by them. That could have been confirmed before they came.

A leak formed under our kitchen sink so I reached out to a few plumbers. Luna Brothers responded within minutes and said they could come by for a free quote. They came the next day and fixed the leak. They were helpful, super friendly, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing/maintenance needs.

They came to do a gas heater tune-up and found a problem that would cost me $1,700 to repair. I got a second estimate from another company and they charged me $75! Beware!!!!!!!
