Best Sewer Line Hydrojetting in Philadelphia PA
I have used Zoom twice over the past few years and today's experience confirmed that they are are great choice! The technician came only a few hours after my call, with lots of confirmations and info before he arrived, was courteous (always nice), super-efficient (critical), and resolved the issue (brilliant!). I had a gurgling toilet that was getting louder, smellier, and with more frequent displays - and which had been checked out a couple of years ago by Roto Rooter, who told me it was fine. Zoom checked it all out and fixed it. I've had basement flooding in Philly 3 times and having this resolved, for a very reasonable fee, was a huge relief.

I've learned that not all plumbing issues permanently disappear even with Scott's thin toilet paper, a plunger, Home Depot's non-irritating/damaging citrus/enzyme natural Liquid Power drain cleaner, & a good plumber.
And not to spend time, $$$, frustration on repeat service calls for drain problems including replacing some cast-iron pipes with plastic, instead of starting first with good local Zoom's no-cost investigation, who then recommends you call a plumber if not need drain solution Zoom provides estimate for.
Recommended by both my local oil company and by Angie's List consumer reviewers, 24/7 Zoom's FREE house call, WARRANTIED advance FLAT-RATES including senior & customer discounts, and top-skilled, strong, energetic, honest, nice young problem-solving pros I feel completely comfortable with in my home handling my 50-year-old cast-iron pipes, in the long run save me money, time, & stressful frustration & house damage with Zoom's state-of-the-art investigating with a long camera, educating me & curing the problems under warranty instead of repeatedly throwing money at the symptoms not curing the causes.
Field Supervisor Steve Solla honestlly reduced his initial estimate by a whopping $360 after discovering our atypical pipe design branch off the main line didn't need a separate power-hosing. Such humble integrity with ethics & warrantied problem resolution gained my trust, customer loyalty retention, & referrals to others. Though my water bill rose that month with the pipe hosing, it was worth it less risky to house & more effective than snaking.
Zoom's night tech Chris Samarco also was very reassuring & helpful on the phone even before arriving for warrantied after-hours follow-up on individual drains it surfaced was needed after Zoom hosed the main pipes. Office support Remy is also a strongly knowledgeable and helpful team member; & even the night answering service/dispatchers mirror the same top quality as the rest of the team.
If I'd known to have Zoom inspect my 50-year-old house before purchase, as Zoom informed me is now the law in PA, I'd have better understood up front how to prevent problems. But now I know, including next step if needed: outdoor pipe repair from ground tilt it is inexpensive to insure by HomeServe for outdoor water & sewer pipes, with a discount for AARP members. This outfit is run so well in the Philadelphia area that they're starting another on Long Island NY with technician Garrett, who helped us superbly here too. Buy stock if Zoom goes public! :)
