Although my issue wasn't completely resolved, Zoom Drain was on time, professional and even provided options and cost for each. The tech was able to put a camera and a jet in my drain. That cleared out some of the clog I had which allowed my toilet to flush. Overall a good company and would use them in the future if needed.

First, I want to thank Chris & Steve for understanding my frustrations and making my situation better than it was before. Chris was able to help me rule out possible problem and narrow down what my issue could be. Then he provided me some things to do to troubleshoot myself to rule out some other things so I can figure out what I should do next. The entire team I spoke with at Zoom were all very professional and curtsy. However, the big thing with them they understand we are not programmed plumbers and don't throw terminology that is foreign to you. Chris was really good at explaining so I followed, which is appreciated.

Yes service great and friendly, too pricey for my taste for a small job. My $400.00 outside spicket for my hose should last me until I am dead!  Don't want to be mean because the service was great but unexpected price whatever the explanation, had to use a long pipe‍. I did address cost on the call too that I didn't want to pay a crazy price for a easy access/small job.

Jess to the rescue!  I had a leak from a faulty water line in my bathroom sink and needed to get someone over right away to fix it since it was leaking through to the floor beneath.  JKM plumbing was able to make it to my house within the hour compared to some of the other places I called which said they could make it in a day or two.  After all troubleshooting my main issue he was kind of enough to take a look at a few other issues I had. I would highly recommend JKM and as a new homeowner,  I am glad that I found my go to plumber on my first try.

Juan helped me install an electronic toilet seat. At first we thought it was an easy task, but it turned out the water pipe and valve needed to be replaced. Juan went out and bought all the parts for me and got everything done quickly. He is very friendly and helpful and the price is fair. Highly recommended.
