Mr.Pickles was very flexible, professional and the outcome of the project was exactly how I expected with high expectations.

They came within 24 hours to snake our kitchen drain. Performed their task efficiently and courteously. Bill was a bit steep at about $400. After they left we discovered that 3 of our ceramic kitchen tiles had suddenly developed scratches in the area where they had positioned their heavy equipment. They had failed to protect our floor with cushioning material.  
We immediately notified the company via email of the damage. It's been a week and we're still waiting for a reply. There is no excuse for careless work!

We called on a Sunday 12/18/22 for Septic tank service at our home- needed to be pumped   Unable to use at all   They took my $129 over the phone, in advance, to set up the service.  An hour and half later, phoned me that they do not perform septic services in Orlando any longer.  Fine, I understood and they will refund my $129 (why they still charged it I have no idea)   Well now it is December 28th   and STILL NO REFUND TO MY CARD.  I mean seriously   10 days for a refund for service YOU cancelled.  You should have never even let the charge go through, it was early enough to cancel.  I would under 2-3 days  OK   but 10 DAYS and still NO refund.
