Best Water Heater Installation in Omaha NE

Great plumbers! Had about 6 different companies come out. Quoted anywhere from 2K-6K with a large pipe needing replaced. J&T quoted about 1,500, and said it's a totally different section of pipe than all the other companies said. Come to find out, they were the ONLY company who knew what they were talking about. They also got the job done for only $750! 10/10 would recommend! :)

I called them about a quick emergency, they came out within minutes, and proceeded to complete the job in a professional and timely manner....... it's good to see our Younger generation still taking an interest in the trade.....Really enjoyed his work ethic!!!!!

Can't say enough great things about this group.  They go above and beyond with your best intentions at the forefront of everything.  An amazing example of customer service at its finest!!!

We've used Harvey's service more than once and they never disappoint. We have had multiple techs out to our new home and Harvey's has been extremely competitive and professional. On the most recent plumbing issue, Ray arrived within 24 hours and repaired 2 spigots. Later in the evening, one of the spigots had a secondary failure and Ray was at our property within an hour to help us out. We're more than happy to refer this business to friends and family. I promise you won't be let down! Harvey's has helped us with a shower cartridge, stubborn tub drain, two spigots, and a busted bib.

We hired Paul to put in a new sink, faucet and shut off valve in our kitchen.  He was very pleasant, reasonably priced and did a great job.  He also cleaned up after himself which I really appreciated.  We will gladly call him again when needed and highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.  Thanks Paul!

We had issues with our faucet and disposal so I called 402 Plumbing Services. Fernando arrived at the quoted time and got to work right away. He wasn't able to fix our disposal due to missing parts but fixed everything else! I would recommend him and his partner to anyone!!

Did a great job clearing about 6 heavy snow from our driveway and walkways.  
Also we had a toilet with a slow drip he worked on and got it fixed.

I wish I could give zero stars. Made a purchase on Facebook marketplace and paid through PayPal to Niagara Property Preservation. As soon as my charge was processed, I was not given any tracking or shipment information from the seller and ultimately was blocked so I could no longer contact them about my large purchase.

Scammer. Do not use this business.

Keven came on a Monday to look at the water heater to figure out the problem. Said he wanted to check out the shower faucets but wouldn't. He didn't have any tools with him. He took the fee I owed him per my home warranty and after that he was very hard to get ahold of. He was supposed to come back on Wednesday, but didn't- I had a hard time getting ahold of him to find out where he was. He said he was unavailable can he come Friday, I said fine. He said he'd be there between 11-12:30 and that he'd give me a call to confirm. I said that works. I didn't hear from him in the morning, so I called and left a voice mail at 9:30 just to make sure he was still coming. No answer. Then again at 11:30 and 1:30. No answer. He finally calls around 2p and says he will be there in 1.5 hr. He showed up just after 4p with no tools to do whatever it was he said he was going to do. He asked me what to tell the warranty company. I said I don't know- he's the plumber, he needs to figure it out. He declared I was wrong and there's obviously nothing wrong with the water heater and left. Whole thing took maybe 10 minutes.  I am still stuck with the same problem.

I strongly suggest anyone else who uses him to request to see his plumbing license and make sure he has the tools to do his job before he comes in the door or you will get scammed like I did.

I strongly advise against the use of this gentleman and his company.

Burton was contracted out to install a furnace in the home I eventually purchased. According to the technician, they were only tasked to install the furnace and connect the pipes to the existing infrastructure which yeah that's fine most of the time... except in my case the exhaust vent ended in my attic so for a year I've been living in a home that's basically had the equivalent of a car running in it. I only noticed what was going on because my wife noticed some signs of water damage coming from the attic which prompted me to climb up there. It seems like a really simple situation that could have been avoided if the original installer just cared enough to QC their work.

If you are here then you probably don't know the ins and outs of these systems like me which is why I'd recommend going to a different company that cares about the quality of their work.

Awful experience. Left me with a broken sink for two weeks, ended up having to find someone else to finish the work. I also think the lady that answers the phone was drunk half the time I talked to her. Learn from my mistake, find someone else....anyone else! The other review on yelp were very misleading!

Tried calling this company three times and never would return a voicemail or phone call. Don't waste your time. Find a different plumber.
