Best Plumbing Repair in Omaha NE

Tim came out as part of our kitchen remodel, found a few other problems, and fixed them cheap and well! He was great. Will definitely go with him in the future.

I called Fud & Tracy's to fix my heat pump on the coldest week in 2021. I'm sure they were super busy like everyone else, but they squeezed me in & came out.  My heater was leaking and making a mess ALL over my the carpet in the hallway in my basement & I called other places who said they were coming & didn't come out. Turns out, it was just a REALLY plugged filter. Apparently you should change them once a year, so after 5... it was due... ‍ Opps.  
The guy who came out was GREAT!  He was super friendly, helpful and cleaned everything out, got me a new filter & an extra one for next year. Leak fixed and told me how to cheaply fix the uneven heat flow throughout the house.
Definitely recommend and will call them for all my needs. I got my bill today and was pleasantly surprised it was affordable as well!

Great plumbers! Had about 6 different companies come out. Quoted anywhere from 2K-6K with a large pipe needing replaced. J&T quoted about 1,500, and said it's a totally different section of pipe than all the other companies said. Come to find out, they were the ONLY company who knew what they were talking about. They also got the job done for only $750! 10/10 would recommend! :)

I called them about a quick emergency, they came out within minutes, and proceeded to complete the job in a professional and timely manner....... it's good to see our Younger generation still taking an interest in the trade.....Really enjoyed his work ethic!!!!!

Just moved to an unoccupied house that had never maintained the sewer line. Lots of backups (yuck). I called Royal Rooter on a weekend -- they were willing to come right away, or wait till week day and gave me the choice.  Mike the owner is very experienced and knowledgeable about root cause of and repairs to sewage line issues. He offered to put a camera down the line to see why backups recurred. He gave me suggestions on how to prevent it and also knew a few reasons why the recurrences were happening. I would call them again for sure.

John from Gretna Plumbing is fantastic. He's great at communication, customer service and, of course, plumbing.

He recently installed two new sinks in my house. Now my house is over 60 years old, and he was replacing the original sinks which had definitely seen better days. When updating older houses, you have to expect more than a few snags along the way. John always let me know when something unexpected came up -- you know like dealing with rusted out old pipes connecting to the main and such.

In all, John did a wonderful job and i'm still loving my sinks to this day. He's honest, skilled at his craft and his prices are fair. Can't ask for much more than that.

Hernando was quick to respond and address my concerns due to frozen broken pipes . Efficient and clean.
Service is so poor in 2022. I felt 402 plumbers addressed my situation like a knight in shing armor,

Did a great job clearing about 6 heavy snow from our driveway and walkways.  
Also we had a toilet with a slow drip he worked on and got it fixed.

Mr Rooter was able upon the second visit able to clean out the drain at my mother's house but the technician lacked any semblance of customer service skills. The managers argues with me and hung up on me. I hope they are proud they were able to make my 96 old mother cry.  I would spend your money at other plumbers who would provide a better service experience.

I wish I could give zero stars. Made a purchase on Facebook marketplace and paid through PayPal to Niagara Property Preservation. As soon as my charge was processed, I was not given any tracking or shipment information from the seller and ultimately was blocked so I could no longer contact them about my large purchase.

Scammer. Do not use this business.

Great Company! I have had this company help me with several appliances and had nothing but great service and very competitive prices. I will continue to use them and refer them to everyone I know! Thanks ASAP Appliance!

Keven came on a Monday to look at the water heater to figure out the problem. Said he wanted to check out the shower faucets but wouldn't. He didn't have any tools with him. He took the fee I owed him per my home warranty and after that he was very hard to get ahold of. He was supposed to come back on Wednesday, but didn't- I had a hard time getting ahold of him to find out where he was. He said he was unavailable can he come Friday, I said fine. He said he'd be there between 11-12:30 and that he'd give me a call to confirm. I said that works. I didn't hear from him in the morning, so I called and left a voice mail at 9:30 just to make sure he was still coming. No answer. Then again at 11:30 and 1:30. No answer. He finally calls around 2p and says he will be there in 1.5 hr. He showed up just after 4p with no tools to do whatever it was he said he was going to do. He asked me what to tell the warranty company. I said I don't know- he's the plumber, he needs to figure it out. He declared I was wrong and there's obviously nothing wrong with the water heater and left. Whole thing took maybe 10 minutes.  I am still stuck with the same problem.

I strongly suggest anyone else who uses him to request to see his plumbing license and make sure he has the tools to do his job before he comes in the door or you will get scammed like I did.

I strongly advise against the use of this gentleman and his company.
