Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Installat… in Oklahoma City OK
I can't say enough good things about my experience with A Better Choice Plumbing! If you need an honest plumber for a fair price Gary is The Man! He was punctual and kept in contact with me. I made several calls to other plumbers in the area and all of them charged ridiculous prices because of it being a weekend. Don't waste your time and let Gary take care of your plumbing needs!

This is the second time I've used this company and they are who I'll call in the future if/when needed.
The first time was for a leak in the front yard. It was found and fixed before I knew it and they didn't tear up my yard or leave a muddy mess. It was great! This time my water heater went out. I've been having issues with it for about 4 years. When the weather changed for some reason it took a long time for it to acclimate because I'd have to light it over and over before it would stay lit. I explained the problem to the tech, Mark and he explained to me what the issue was and recommended a new water heater. I'm on a fixed income as well as taking care of my mom who has Alzheimer's and dementia so I'm always worried about being over charged. He told me he wasn't the cheapest but not the most expensive. I've learned the hard way you get what you pay for. I did make some calls to compare and either I didn't get a call back or they were more so I made the decision to go with Mark.
The day he was scheduled to come, unfortunately one of my fur babies was sick and Mark couldn't have been more polite or professional while I was dealing with everything I've got going.
I 100% recommend these folks.

told them my dilima and what I wanted to do. they came out quickly and found some Pex Pipes that were chewed up by some kind of rodant. I decided I wanted it all replaced with copper. they did not argue with me and instead quickly respected my decision even if copper is an unusual request. I got them to come out the very next day just before the horrible cold snow storm in Moore/OKC area and they got the pipes put in before noon. the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. You can also talk directly to the boss, his name is Joshua. In fact he will call you directly before any requested job or estimate. And the plumbers Dusty and Jason were very professional and knew the problem as soon as they got into my attic. They also did some above and beyond the call of duty during my requested estimate inspection for no charge. As in tapping my cold water and removing a busted Pex pipe so I could have water the night before the actual work in pipe replacement. they came out twice because of a persistant failing pipe before the actual job. This was even if I hadn't accepted the actual work. But I did accept! I'd say this company cares for its clients!

We purchased a whole house water treatment/softener system and hired Marques to install it for us. He is an excellent businessman and his outgoing personality makes him a pleasure to work with. He gave us a very reasonable and fair quote for the job and I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. I will call on him again if I ever need a plumber!

I had a gas water leak in the garage on Jan.16, 2023 and a plumber by name , Anthony Banks came and replaced it by a Bradsmith White water heater. He did excellent work, and the total bill was $3,869,00. I knew this was about 1000 dolars too high, but since my wife has been recovering from a recent stroke, and she wanted a replacement quickly, I didn't bargain for a reasonable lower price. I am sure I would have got the work doneby anther Norman Plumbing Company for about $2869,00 instead of $3.869.00. I have mentioned this to them. Let me see what happens. I will be satisfied even if they give me a refund of 500 dollars.
Again, Anthony Banks, the plumber did excellent work. You can use him for your plumbing needs, but check with other plumbers on the price.

Do not recommend this company... overpriced .. $250 to fix simple leak on toilet or $700 to replace.. never will use again .. $49 in the hole for their estimate...

I called Whitehead Plumbing because our front porch hose had a slow leak. The plumber had to access the pipe through the indoor side of the wall, not the outside. So he cut thru the indoor wall and made a small welding repair to the pipe. Easy job, seemed to be done well. Two days later, there was a small *flood* where the welding repair has failed and two small sprays of water were coming right out of it. The welded area is a different color (more silvery) than the pipe, so it was easy to see that the sprays of water were coming directly out of the welded area. Ok, anybody can make a mistake, right? Nobody reading this review has done everything perfectly in their whole life. I wasn't mad, just needed the problem fixed. I called Whitehead Plumbing expecting to be helped with their faulty weld. A rude lady informed me that since the flooding could be the fault of *our* pipes, we might have to pay a service charge for the visit and pay for the repair. I described how the leaks were spraying straight out of the welded area (I have pics). I asked if the plumber could just come back and verify that it was his weld that was leaking. Again, she said it would be a service fee even to just come look if it was our pipes' fault! We've lived here 20 years, and 2 days after their weld, we have a leak and a small flood *exactly* where they welded, and they deny that it even might be their fault? All she wanted to talk about was money, not my flooding house. They absolutely refused to come back out to even just take a quick look at it without me being forced to agree that I might have to pay a service fee for their visit. I said I'd take them to small claims court if they charged me for just looking at their leak and the lady *laughed* said, Oh, you'll pay! I could hear her boss laughing in the background. She kept saying that I was not listening to her. But I was listening just fine; I simply did could not agree with her that it could be my pipe's fault.Thankfully, the plumber who came out in the first place called us directly and said he'd come take a look at his work and wouldn't charge us just to look. Then he agreed it wasn't right and fixed it for us with no charge. Fixing the leak should have been a simple, easy thing but Whitehead turned it into this huge, huge power struggle. Very unprofession, dishonest, and sad. I hope nobody uses them. Take this as a warning.
