Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Installat… in Oklahoma City OK
Gary came out to look at out leak we had puddling in the living room, we thought it was a slab leak due to water puddling up on the outside of the island. Come to find out it was a slow leak from the dishwasher. And we got things underway to get it all cleaned up and fixed. Thank you for being honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Gary Horton Plumbing!

Disappointed...they did the install for the my new water heater. He forgot to secure the venting on top and it slide down to the tank. After the Carbon monoxide detectors went off the fire department traced the problem to this new install.
I gave them a 2nd star, for being apologetic and coming out Monday morning (no weekend hours) and correcting the mistake. After that visit I realized they had knocked the furnace condensation piping out of place, which would cause problems.
I don't doubt their knowledge, just a little to hasty in trying to get the job done.

Great customer service and very reasonable prices for licensed plumbers! They came out and did a water heater for me and it was $2000 less than the other quote I received!

We purchased a whole house water treatment/softener system and hired Marques to install it for us. He is an excellent businessman and his outgoing personality makes him a pleasure to work with. He gave us a very reasonable and fair quote for the job and I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. I will call on him again if I ever need a plumber!

* Do NOT hire Legacy *
We recently hired them to clean out our main drain. We have occasionally had issues with tree roots blocking the line. And, this is what the problem was.
Their worker did indeed get these out from the line. It was apparently easily resolved. Their worker was here no more than 20 minutes.
But! Only five days later our main line was clogged again!
We contacted Legacy. There was obviously something they missed. Legacy refused to even consider this. Their excuse for not missing something was, you've got roots.
Um, yes. But, they do not grow to block the line in five days.
Legacy was wanting to charge us another $200 just to even come back out. They would not even consider that they had not completely cleaned the line.
Be prepared for Legacy charging higher costs, too.
They charged over $350 to come out to do a simple job which (I found out) other reputable companies charge less than $250. We have a normal residential line- it isn't long in length. They charged a separate fee just for using a snake to clear the line. Um, I compare the unreasonable nature of this like an auto shop wanting to charge you for using tools to get an oil change!
We hired a different plumbing service to come out to resolve the issue. It was indeed a small amount of roots which remained, clogging the line. It was something Legacy completely missed the first time. It was something they shouldn't have wanted to charge $200 to even come out.
*You have been warned. Don't hire Legacy*

We had an emergency water leak this week, and called Spot On Plumbing, because they seemed to be a small local business. Ryan came out quickly and fixed the problem, and then, we had him repair a few other issues we were having with faucets, a toilet and had him check our 20 year old, under performing hot water heater. He was efficient, professional and friendly, wore booties in the house, and left us with estimates for 3 new hot water heaters, so that we could choose good, better, best for our needs. We did have him come back to replace the hot water tank and were very happy with the results. We also felt like the price was fair and reasonable. Thank you Ryan, and Spot On Plumbing!

Do not recommend this company... overpriced .. $250 to fix simple leak on toilet or $700 to replace.. never will use again .. $49 in the hole for their estimate...

I called Whitehead Plumbing because our front porch hose had a slow leak. The plumber had to access the pipe through the indoor side of the wall, not the outside. So he cut thru the indoor wall and made a small welding repair to the pipe. Easy job, seemed to be done well. Two days later, there was a small *flood* where the welding repair has failed and two small sprays of water were coming right out of it. The welded area is a different color (more silvery) than the pipe, so it was easy to see that the sprays of water were coming directly out of the welded area. Ok, anybody can make a mistake, right? Nobody reading this review has done everything perfectly in their whole life. I wasn't mad, just needed the problem fixed. I called Whitehead Plumbing expecting to be helped with their faulty weld. A rude lady informed me that since the flooding could be the fault of *our* pipes, we might have to pay a service charge for the visit and pay for the repair. I described how the leaks were spraying straight out of the welded area (I have pics). I asked if the plumber could just come back and verify that it was his weld that was leaking. Again, she said it would be a service fee even to just come look if it was our pipes' fault! We've lived here 20 years, and 2 days after their weld, we have a leak and a small flood *exactly* where they welded, and they deny that it even might be their fault? All she wanted to talk about was money, not my flooding house. They absolutely refused to come back out to even just take a quick look at it without me being forced to agree that I might have to pay a service fee for their visit. I said I'd take them to small claims court if they charged me for just looking at their leak and the lady *laughed* said, Oh, you'll pay! I could hear her boss laughing in the background. She kept saying that I was not listening to her. But I was listening just fine; I simply did could not agree with her that it could be my pipe's fault.Thankfully, the plumber who came out in the first place called us directly and said he'd come take a look at his work and wouldn't charge us just to look. Then he agreed it wasn't right and fixed it for us with no charge. Fixing the leak should have been a simple, easy thing but Whitehead turned it into this huge, huge power struggle. Very unprofession, dishonest, and sad. I hope nobody uses them. Take this as a warning.
