Best Drainage Repair in Oakland CA

We had an issue with a snake being stuck in our kitchen sink. We couldn't get it out no matter what we did but Israr and team came out and promptly took care of the issue seemingly in minutes, what a relief. We always call them for our plumbing and sewage issues and they always deliver.

We had a leaking bathtub, but not emergency level so was able to set up an appointment over a week in advance.  The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and courteous in setting up the appointment.

Fito (sp?) called 15m before the appointment to let me know he would be a little bit late, which I appreciated.  He then showed up earlier than he estimated.  He was very personable and courteous.  As I described the problem on the way up he quickly diagnosed it and turned out to be right (bad gasket).  The repair cost $210, which I assume is their hourly rate.  This was a simple/quick issue but I understand charging a minimum fee and paying for their expertise even if it's not always needed.  I would not hesitate to call them for any future plumbing issues.

Jorge is absolutely worth 5 stars.  He is friendly, prompt and provides great work at very reasonable rates.  We just moved to the east bay and have definitely found our plumbers.  We called about a slow drain and he was right over and fixed the issue super quick.

I was thoroughly pleased with the tankless water heater installation that Alex Gonzalez did at my house.  I had a recently installed tankless model that I realized was not suitable for our needs.  Alex was able to get the appropriate model Rinnai water heater - at a considerable discount compared to other suppliers.  He is very experienced and knowledgeable at installing tankless water heaters, and told me has received professional training from Rinnai on the installation and maintenance of their products.  

This was evident as Alex and his assistant performed the install very efficiently and kept the work area clean.  The job required a new ceiling vent be installed and he recommended a worker who made the repairs to my tile roof.  Again, the repair person had been an experienced professional roofer who had previously installed roofs similar to mine.  I was confident that he knew how to properly make the repairs and make sure the area was weather tight.  

Lastly, after the job was done, Alex talked to his boss and secured a discount on the installation cost.  I'm a retiree and a veteran, so I really appreciated that gesture.  I would definitely recommend Bayshore Plumbers to anyone who wants to have a tankless water heater installed.

Israel rocks, he responded quickly and helped with a sweet positive attitude and great price. The job he did held for a long time.. it has been a recurring problem for us...and I am calling Israel back again today. Great plumber with a great attitude..a gift to find!
