We're an HOA with two 3-story buildings in the Twin Peaks area. The doors in the building are constant problems with the extreme variation of weather conditions. Not one was closing properly. Plus, we needed an electrical outlet in one of our storage rooms. Brandon and Jose showed up and solved every challenging door problem and they had enough time left to install the outlet. I couldn't be more pleased with their work, problem solving, friendly and positive attitudes. I'll definitely hire them again!!

My in-wall heater had stopped working, and after checking the pilot and circuit breaker I had exhausted my ability to resolve the issue. HVAC companies wouldn't service in-wall heaters, so I thought to try a handyman.

I contacted Ted and he responded quickly, asking for photos of the thermocouple--a part inside the heater, which he correctly guessed was the issue. He had me order the part and scheduled a time to fix the heater when the part was due to arrive.

When he came, Ted replaced the part and while doing so found a separate problem with the igniter. He explained that the heater would still work, as we could ignite the pilot manually, but would try to clean the part of its corrosion first to mitigate any need for a replacement. That worked! No need to order another part and wait. He explained that he always tries to fix things first--within reason--before replacing them, an approach I greatly appreciate.

Not only is Ted very skilled and professional, but he's great for conversation and polite. We don't wear shoes in our house and I didn't even need to ask him to remove his, he already had.

I will absolutely hire Ted again for other projects, and recommend him to others.

Paul is always prompt and reliable. He is extremely knowledgeable and is upfront on pricing. He is quick to respond to inquiries. This is my go to expert for everything plumbing in the South Bay.

Keshab is a miracle worker! We were having issues with the hot water in our shower.  I had two different major plumbing companies come to check it out. They both said it was a pretty complicated fix and to have a handyman come to dismantle the fixture and then they could come and do the plumbing work. Keshab came by to dismantle the fixture, took one look at the issue and realized all he had to do was rinse sediment out of the shower cartridge to fix it. Smart, simple, efficient. Now we have hot water again!

I used Eugene because of Yelp reviews , I need to install a shower glass door in my bathroom. He told me what to order in Home Depot, I did order the glass door , He picked it up and installed it in my apartment. His work is so clean. He is very professional, He immediately installed it and got the work done in less than 2 hours and It was perfect ! I very satisfied client .  I'm giving him 5 stars. I have pictures below . I'm very picky about house cleaning and Elim and Alexandra did an amazing job. I have a plastic tub that is impossible to get white, even with hours of scrubbing, but Elim was able to get it to a gleaming white. It was miraculous. The communication before was easy and smooth, and they were punctual. I will definitely ask them back for my next deep clean.

We had our electrical panels upgraded and one of them left a hole in our master bedroom closet that needed drywall repair quickly.  I reached out to Agustin Jaime over Yelp and he got back to me right away.  I sent a picture of what I needed done and he gave me a quick quote.  He was able to come out the next day and patched the hole in less than an hour.  

He's a really nice guy and also showed me some pics of other work he's done that looked really nice (kitchen backsplashes, painting, etc.).  I'm sure I'll hire him again for another job!

I had a very simple request and he and his partner came promptly on time and fixed it.

Dave was great! He was quick to respond to my inquiry about installing a ceiling fan and sail shade and was able to come out a couple of days later. Everything looks great and I definitely plan to use him for future projects. I have a list!!!

Bedr is super responsive and professional. I should have called a lot sooner!!  I had been procrastinating a bunch of small projects for months thinking that I was going to DIY them, but I finally stopped the madness and called!  It took less than 1 hour to hang 2 floating shelves, photos that had been laying around forever, and 4 spice racks in my kitchen !! He came prepared with all the tools and knew what he was doing.  He even checked out my annoying toilet that was constantly running and showed me the problem so I could fix it myself if it happened in the future.
