Yevgeny at General SF was helpful and direct in speaking with me over the phone prior to his visit. I was having trouble with water pressure in the shower. He told me some potential problems that it could be and asked me to check a few simple things. He was very accommodating with working a visit into my schedule on the weekend.
During his visit, he was kind and helpful. He wanted to show me how the valves worked and explained things to me in a way I could understand.
He is very honest and seems to have lots of experience with plumbing and electrical, and I will certainly be calling him again for any problems I have moving forward.

Jorge came out same day, arrived when he said he would, did the job (clearing a partial clog of a mainline pipe), charged what he said he would, and offered a 30 day gaurantee. Note: if you pay by credit there is a $15 charge fee.

I found Leo through Yelp, and I have to agree with all the others: he is amazing.  Great guy, does very high quality work at great prices.  He is very quick to respond and helps out with a huge range of issues, large and small.  xHe has replaced my water heater, replace clogged pipe, fixed a dangerous gas leak, and advised on shower repair.  I won't call anyone else, and I can't recommend him highly enough.

We had a dilapidated wooden walkway that needed replacement. GAXL did a beautiful job for a reasonable price. They were very professional and did the work promptly. I would happily recommend them or use them again.
