Yevgeny at General SF was helpful and direct in speaking with me over the phone prior to his visit. I was having trouble with water pressure in the shower. He told me some potential problems that it could be and asked me to check a few simple things. He was very accommodating with working a visit into my schedule on the weekend.
During his visit, he was kind and helpful. He wanted to show me how the valves worked and explained things to me in a way I could understand.
He is very honest and seems to have lots of experience with plumbing and electrical, and I will certainly be calling him again for any problems I have moving forward.

Our landscape drainage needed cleaning from the heavy rains.  My call was picked up in a few rings and within 2 hours, a technician was at our home. Our drainage was cleaned and works great again. Thanks JJ Rooter & Plumbing for the fast, efficient service.

We had a clogged sink in our office.  With a small snake, we took it apart and tried to fix it ourselves -- we failed.  Leo came over and had it unclogged in 15 minutes.

There was a slow leak with my upstairs toilet that seeped through to my downstairs bathroom ceiling. He was able to identify the leak easily and replaced it within an hour. Also good pricing! Highly recommend.

In addition, the work was done professionally, with no delays and it looks fabulous. Extremely happy with Berkeley Home Repair! I needed a kitchen faucet replaced, pronto!! Not a big job but one I could not do myself. Found them here on YELP and as it was stated, they responded back within 10 minutes! Wow!! Such a prompt response is quite a rarity these days, and the rest of the interaction was just as smooth.

They were able to squeeze me same day (another wow!). They were on time, courteous and professional. They can  handle projects of all sizes, and while I don't often have 'large jobs', it's even more comforting to know I can depend on them to help me with everyday projects, which do seem to come up quite often, and unexpectedly.

We contacted Mr. Unger for a bid on a bathroom remodel.  We needed to update our bathroom before putting our home on the market, but we couldn't afford the other quotes we'd received.   Mr Unger's crew took just over one week to completely demolish our yukky bathroom, and rebuild it with a new bathtub, granite surround, toilet, vanity, fixtures, and flooring.  They were clean, prompt, courteous, and did excellent work.  We are extremely happy with the results.  If you are looking for an affordable bathroom or kitchen remodel, you should give Dan Unger a call.  We are glad that we did!
