Rogelio was very responsive right from the start. He kept me informed every step of the way and he assured me prior to his arrival that he would able a to repair what I needed fixed. He also did a superb job repairing the furniture piece and he did it in the time he anticipated, Very courteous and polite, I will be contacting him again for additional work.

GP handyman is by far the best I ever used! He is such a perfectionist! I absolutely loved my new wardrobe!

Harry and co did great work upgrading our cellar half bath to a full bathroom. They handled several types of work including demo, electrical, a challenging plumbing upgrade to a nearly century old drain pipe, electrical, fireproofing, tiling and procuring/installing a custom shower partition. I've worked with a few contractors over the years and Harry had the best communication by far, keeping me in the loop for all of the important decisions. The finish work came out great and we're very happy

Don't be surprised if a simple work request that is stated they do,  is turned down without explanation as what happened to me.

On Friday, April 17, 2020, I observed my hot water tank was leaking and began researching various plumbing companies in the tri-state area. Friday evening, I reached out to John from JPeral Piping & Heating and began to communicate about the specs on a replacement tank. On Saturday evening around 10 pm, John with his employees responded to my residence and immediately removed the old 40 gal hot water tank and replaced it with a A O Smith 75 gal hot water within two hours. John and his employees are very efficient, exhibit great customer service, very respectful and work expeditiously. Anyone that is looking for very good plumbers and workers JPeral Piping $ Heating is your company.

Found DiHouse by accident. I feel very lucky to have found them. Very Professional, fair pricing, willing to help with whatever that need to be fixed. Jorge was amazing!!! We hired him to level the paving stones in our backyard. When we moved in the yard was over grown and tree roots had pushed up most of the stones making it impossible to use most of the yard. Jorge came in, turned up all the stones, took out all the tree roots, and even went to Home Depot for us to buy the extra dirt needed to fill everything in. In a day and a half we had a beautiful yard perfect for entertaining that we've been using for parties all summer long. We could never have done it ourselves. He was so fast and efficient. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and he was so nice and fun to talk to the whole time, too. The next time we have a project we will definitely be calling him. Thank you, Jorge!!!

Found him very unpleasant and unprofessional. I had inquired about getting quotes for multiple items. In the message, I had broken it down by cost per item as I am comparing costs with other contractors to gauge who to go with.

He showed up after charging 100.00 for the estimate; snapped a few photos and gave me lump sum quotes which I did not want. When I asked him about breaking down the quote to individual items , he spazzed out at me and started ignoring my messages scamming me out of the 100 dollar estimate fee.

For reference what  Iwanted was a breakdown on how much itll cost per toilet replacement, per shower re-grout, per vanity replacement as he quoted me a lump sum. I specified that  Iwanted this ahead of time before he entered and he decided to lump it all together. Small price to pay to avoid a garbage contractor who clearly wont hold up to his end of the scope.

He quoted that in 17 years he had never seen someone requesting a breakdown of a lump sum quote.. I work in construction as a PM and its standard to compare costs by material/labor per line item. Waste of time and money.
