10/10! I can't say enough good things about Safehaven!! They helped us remodeled our guest bathroom and did an amazing job. Safehaven was the quickest to respond out of several plumbers I had contacted. Lori, in the office, is always available and is so friendly, helpful and honest with questions, and transparent with pricing - as are the plumbers themselves. Tommy and Lorenzo came to our home for the job - to remodel a single sink vanity into a double sink vanity. Their work was seamless, efficient, and they went so far above and beyond - they left my bathroom clean, shiny, and looking brand new. They were so helpful and patient with any questions we had, and they were SO honest - the work actually ended up being a bit less than originally anticipated, and Tommy reduced our price for the job - I'm blown away by the honesty and professionalism. We will 100% be rehiring Safehaven for future projects around our home, and I genuinely look forward to working with them again!!!

Just wanted to send a quick note expressing how thankful my family was after contacting Brett and Craig at this company.  Our HVAC system died last Wednesday night  (the first day of a heat wave) and we were expected to have a BBQ that Saturday.  Additionally, we have two very small children and two dogs, so naturally we worried about how hot our house would get without air.  We contacted Brett on Thursday morning, and within two hours Brett (the owner) and Craig were inspecting the issues, by the end of the day all the equipment needed for the job had arrived at our house.  Friday morning, Craig and another worker were at our house by 8:30am and worked through the day, moving around other jobs that they had booked due to the priority of our house having no AC.  The job was completed on the same day, and we were charged less than the initial estimate Brett gave us.  I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism and straight shooter attitude.  I do not plan to use another company again, and recommend them to anyone.

I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men
