Best Roof Cleaning in New York NY

I was scheduled for an estimate through Tony on Yelp.  My appointment was scheduled between 9-930am.  I changed my schedule around to make this work.  At 9:35 nobody has shown up to my house so I called and spoke with Donna who said David was supposed to come to my house and put me on hold to see if he had left yet.  She placed me on hold and then disconnected the call.

I called back and Tony answered.  Tony took my info and then transferred me to David who told me that Donna gave him my name with the wrong address.  I had set the appointment up with Tony through Yelp so I'm not sure why fingers were being pointed at someone else.  David tried to take my information, however, I politely declined and advised him that I will find someone else to do the job for me.

If this office is this unorganized with scheduling an appointment, I can only imagine what it would have been like to have them do the job.  Glad I learned about this and had this experience before I was further into the job.

If you use this company, hopefully your experience will be better than mine.

There was a little slip up with my original appointment but Veronica contacted me as soon as she could and I was able to get straightened out.  Bo came by and assessed my situation was very informative and professional he even politely took off his shoes (big plus in my book).  i have an issue with freezing pipes and he gave me some options on the next steps to take.  I'll definitely be contacting Gene D in the future to have them come back and hopefully take care of the problem for good.

I am so happy and relieved that we found Safe Haven. My wife and I desperately needed a new water heater, but our options were limited due to the size of the closet the water heater was in, as well as the size of the rest of the house. On top of that, our water heater was a 16 inch heater which is no longer manufactured. We are first time homeowners, so this process seemed like it was going to be a real headache. However, thanks to Tom, Lori, Lorenzo, and Joe (all of which are lovely people and very responsive) we figured out our solution and were set up very quickly! All work was done in a timely manner. They were so quick and responsive and explained every single step of the process so I wasn't left with any questions. when the job was finished not only were we happy with the result, but I had a better understanding of how everything worked and I feel so much better about the whole situation. Thank you to everyone that helped us!! We will definitely call again for our next project!

I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men
