Kenneth and his colleague were punctual, professional and knowledgeable!  I would absolutely use ZOOM Drain again.  All was seamless from the moment I sent the inquiry to the storm drain being cleaned out

Had a showerhead that's been dripping water for over a year.  Finally decided to get a professional to come and take a look.  Called Gene-D based on yelp reviews and the service was as expected.  

Veronika, who schedules appointments, is extremely pleasant, courteous, and professional.  She was able to schedule a visit for 8:30am for the following week.

Francisco came to look at the situation.  He worked systematically to diagnose the problem (a leaky valve) rather than jumping to conclusions.  He took about 30 minutes to go and buy a replacement valve and replaced it expertly.  He took care to make sure that the water temperature was to my liking, even adjusting the setting on the water boiler after maxing the setting on the valve.

When I got the invoice, it was exactly as expected.  A fixed fee for leaky valve plus cost of part (with 0 mark-up!).  

I'll definitely be using Gene-D for all my future plumbing needs.  I highly recommend that you do too.

Loved that they were able to come on short notice!  My water had to be turned off in the house caused by a leaky spigot. They were able to repair it  quickly. And also the repairthe  pipe under kitchen sink.
The guys were extremely polite and explained everything that needed to be done.
We will definitely use and refer them in the future.

I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men
