Best Heating System Inspection in New York NY

Had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Asked for a request from Yelp, response was nearly immediate. I called the number and spoke with Mike (mechanic). He was super nice/helpful even though I'd not gotten the office directly. Said I'd call back when I was sure. Chose them out of the bunch. He was here in an hour and done in 15 minutes. No mess, cleaned up after himself and was, for lack of a better term, very easygoing and positive. Great experience and great results. Adding the number to my contacts for future services.

This review is for Manny. Our boiler stopped working the week before Thanksgiving, so I started my search for a professional who could help me with the repair. When I first called and spoke to Manny, I didn't realize how fortunate we have been, but two weeks later today, I can say with confidence that Manny is a true professional and we could not have managed without him. Since we had a complex situation, it took a long time for us to figure out what we needed to do. Throughout the process, Manny was as knowledgeable and efficient as he was kind and generous with his expertise and insights. It is so evident that Manny cares about the work he does, but he cares even more about getting it done the right way. Over five visits in two weeks, he patiently walked us through every problem, and was always honest and accessible in his communications. I cannot recommend him more highly and while it was frustrating to be sure for us to have to deal with a malfunctioning boiler and we had our fair share of the few days without heat, Manny is as good as it gets in the world of heating and plumbing professional. Franco Belli is fortunate to have Manny on its staff because people like him are not only so valuable, but also increasingly rare. Thank you so much, Manny.

I contacted Rasco Plumbing and Heating to get a quote on fitting my house with central air. They charged me $49 to attend (which I was happy to pay) and told me I would receive the quote within two days. After a week of not hearing from them I rang their office and got an answering service and left a message. I left a message the following day too. I still have not received a call back.

We unfortunate lost our hot water heater Sunday night we were lost on who to call to see what was wrong.  I then thought, well I'm a yelper, yelp. LOL.  I looked at many companies and decided to give Infinite comfort a call Monday morning.  They were able to get a technician to my house after only a couple of hours of calling.  Fabio Dasilva showed up and was very informative and was able to pinpoint the issue.  He also was realistic and told us that the heater was way past its life expectancy and we should think about a replacement.  Did not force a sale or anything but did give us a quote for a replacement.  The next day we decided to call back and just replace the system to avoid going through this again.  They came in the next day, replaced the system and took care of all necessary permits.  I would recommend INFINITE COMFORT to anyone!!! I have used Bob numerous times.  They just installed a new hot water heater at a house I have in East Meadow.  They are reliable, neat, professional and back up all of their work.  I highly recommend them.

Five stars. Thomas and his partner Joe were on time,took the time to explain the job in detail every step of the way,and worked quickly and neatly.They were totally honest with the scope of work that was not needed and I appreciate that.Highly recommend. Will be calling for future jobs.

I first met Paul the owner at a conference on heating systems. After discussing the issues I had,  he came up with master venting the steam pipes. I have to say the heat comes up 25% faster with the new venting in place. I have since used him to replace gas piping with is not a job for most plumbers. They got the permits, approvals and sign offs in record time. I would recommend them to any property management company.

I can't review their work. I called them to take over a job and the said they would review current status online. When they called me back it didn't seem like they had looked into the job. However they seem confident that they could do it. Their rate is the same rate I pay my construction lawyer so that gives you an idea.
