We always call Roto Rooter, because they are professional and do the job as promised. There are no hidden fees, and everything is calculated and explained in detail to the customer. Dwight was our plumber/technician today, and he was professional and courteous, as well as knowledgeable. We feel that our issue has been remedied, and are confident that we will call Roto Rooter again. We hope that Roto Rooter recognizes the great employee they have in Dwight.

We didn't know if it was a clog in our drain lines under the house or a break.  Steve and crew were punctual and efficient.  They showed us the results via the camera screen, explained everything well, and were reasonably priced.

I reached out to Acadian Plumbing after finding them on Yelp and they were wonderful! I spoke with the receptionist about my problem and offered to send her some photos of my issue. She quickly passed them along to the owner who called me back in less than 20 minutes. We discussed the issue and arranged for someone to come out - they guys who came were very polite, did great work, cleaned up everything and my total bill was about half of what someone else had quoted me. Hope I do not need to use them again for anything else too soon but definitely will for my next plumbing need!
