lJ came over in a heat wave when our AC wasn't running very well, so we thought.  He came in less than an hr to our home to check out the problem, the diagnostic came back as nothing was wrong with our unit!  He did several diagnostics to ensure the AC system was running properly.
He is very knowledgeable and professional!

call back is not that long. they called me and made a arrangement. all they need is a couple of photo of the model.

My husband is in heart failure and we needed a simple plumbing fix that he might usually be able to do.  We reached out to three plumbing companies and heard from Michael Shaver right away.  They came out the next day, fixed the issue, and charged a fair rate.  We also like that they are from Bethpage that is a small community very near where we live!

Quite disappointed and dissatisfied with Advantage Plumbers, primarily per owner Heath Walker's lack of action and misleading reports, this past summer! His was the second highest bid of three requested, but decided he seemed most understanding and professional to correct an apparent drainage clog. This occurred in a basement bathroom, serving two guest bedrooms there, suddenly unappealing due to a smelly situation started by the messy back-flow this spring.
Although it took awhile to have him come and complete the contract (bid at an estimated $4,750), I offered him slightly more than a 20% deposit in May, which he declined as too little. Mistakenly, considering his confided personal problem at home, I upped the deposit to $4,000. All of this occurred early in June; however, despite the high pre-payment, we were consistently delayed due to Covid backup of jobs. Finally just prior to our holiday July 4th family reunion, he and a couple assistants arrived, dug a couple holes supposedly to examine the existing drainage pipe (we thought deteriorated), but he ruled OK. Weeks later, he returned, this time carrying a camera/computer (he'd borrowed), showing the Mrs. and me a disc displaying some sort of streaming water to assure us our old drainage pipes were properly flowing. All of this was part and parcel of a delayed response and apparently his decision to conclude our contract. When Mrs. Trott queried him further (before departing for another job), he mumbled something about buying acreage near Jackson, TN, and moving over there. Yet nothing about refunding any of our unnecessary hugh deposit paid. Of course, we've since experienced additional backup flows and despite our limited retirement income (I'm retired military), we must now engage a more helpful plumbing professional. We certainly don't recommend this company, surely dis-Advantaged for senior citizens, at least. - Mr. Wm. Trott, Nashville.

Ben and Ethan from Plumbing Solutions were complete professionals from the first minute they arrived at my house. They took proper precautions to wear a mask, covered their boots with protection to not get my floors dirty, and made sure to clean up when they finished the job. They were up front and honest about the work that would need to be completed, gave me an estimate, had the necessary equipment to complete the job quickly and to standard, and were very personable and polite. In fact, it is rare to find a professional plumber that will take the time to explain why they need to do the work and what the root cause of the problem is. I would recommend their services to anyone in the Nashville area looking for a dependable, professional, polite plumbing solution. Also, as one reviewer mentioned, I received a call back after my initial online inquiry within 20 minutes of submission. Well done!

Had a TERRIBLE experience with this plumbing company. They came out to fix a problem in October, which cost $500+. Same problem occurred less than 3 months later. Same guy (Ron) came out to fix it. Offered to do the same exact fix, but we declined because obviously it did not work before. So we insisted on a different fix. As Ron was leaving I asked for an invoice and Ron told me There is no invoice. Since this was the same problem as before we guarantee our work. Merry Christmas. I as really impressed by that. However, imagine my disappointment and surprise when we received an invoice for $335 for that job. I called and Jon, the owner told me that Ron misspoke and that they would not even discount. He specifically said that even if they did the same fix he would have charged. Won't be using them ever again and will be telling EVERYONE I know not to as well. Very disappointed.
