Best Outlet Installation in Nashville TN
Had a Lee Company check out my parents struggling AC unit. It seemed to be underperforming. Scheduled a visit then had to ask them to change the time.
No problem. They communicated the change of schedule and showed up on time. Greg, the technician, fully checked out my parent's unit and communicated to me his findings. He was great. The response and communication of this company is spot on. Everyone I talked to did what they said they would do. Can't recommend them enough. They were thorough, professional and a pleasure to do business with. TY to all.

I sat on this review for a bit to ensure I had my final thoughts.
I used Coolray for plumbing and electrical issues. They wouldn't give me a quote by phone or online for basic services (even a ballpark), instead insisting on looking first. To look (for plumbing) they had to get things taken apart ensuring you're pretty much going to go ahead and pay whatever to resolve the issue. We initially called for one plumbing issue, they fixed it (for a steep price) and the plumber was friendly. Said plumber also took a look at another issue I had as I mentioned it off-hand, and said it was fixed but it resumed to its completely broken ways as soon as he left. Can't complain too much there as he didn't charge and thought he had resolved it (plus noone else has been able to fix this issue either). To get a price that wasn't as bonkers high he encouraged us to join their Customer Care loyalty group (for a price). I did. It was still really high, but I was never billed for that customer care thing so I'm assuming it was lost somewhere along the way.
Called Coolray again for electrical issues. Had been working with another local electrician who were at the moment not responsive. Coolray was super responsive and out quickly. They fixed part of what we paid them to fix, but there was some misunderstanding. We pointed out a light that was arcing and causing issues. Both lights behind a panel needed replacing as wiring for both switches was frayed. They only replaced one of these two switches, which means they took the panel off, saw the fraying, and only replaced one of them. I realized this was so when I got home and turned on the assumed fix light only to see flickering and hear a pop. Called Coolray to see if they could fix this issue which we thought we'd already paid for, and they said they had only charged us for one of the two switches and quoted us a remarkably high price to come out (including a service fee for making the drive at all) and fix the additional switch. We went with another electrician for half the price.
So--solid work for the most part if some miscommunication, high even for the market area.

We use Lee Company and twice a year they check Heating/AC and out electrical. This is a straight forward company with honest service personnel. I also like very much receiving a military discount when we need work to be done.
They call ahead, put covers on shoes for entering the house, review everything, take photos, and explain everything as detailed as you would like. Even when work is required or they find something they don't do a hard sell. They may say this has to be done or they may say you might want to schedule this as this should be done every say 5 years for duct cleaning. Then they can give you the price and you can decide on the scheduling.
Taking pics of my A/C or him standing next to the unit would do little to aid this review. The proof is in the satisfaction. We are totally satisfied.

You can't base a company due to one employee but after spending $26,050.00 with a company for 2 new units for a residential home one would expect to be treated as a valued customer . First of all we did receive 3 bids from reputable companies and out of those the salesman/ project manager that we liked the least was the one with the Lee company . We went ahead and went with the Lee Company simply because of the companies reputation . The units are fine the Installers were great . The issue was the salesman / project manager . As my spouse and I were outside looking at the upstairs unit the senior installer had called the Salesman / project manager and had him on speaker phone . The installer ask where the second crew was because they had scheduled two crews for installation due to having 2 units . The project manager told the installer to go ahead and set the second unit up because the other crew was behind . The installer told him they could not set it up because the pad had not been delivered , the project manager got irate and said I DONT CARE what you have to do JUST make it work . Once again the installer explained that it would not work ! The project manager repeatedly keep telling him to just make it work . I dont care who you are that's not what a homeowner wants to hear after spending twenty six thousand dollars with a company . So the saleman / project manager didn't care after the sale he just wanted it done even if it were wrong . So if your in the Sumner County / Hendersonville Tn do yourself a favor and get a different saleman not Anthony Grayson , or do business with another company . I did reach out to the company and they issued an apology but somehow we still feel like we were just another number and the job was done . Wonder how the Governor would like how one of his project managers conducts business with his company .

Scheduled twice and twice didn't show. Being friendly doesn't entitle someone to leave their customer at home all afternoon waiting with no response when asked about an estimated time of arrival. I had to schedule time to be home twice for a no show

I've had two experiences with Lee Company, one for electrical work and the other for a HVAC quote.
For starters, I booked an appointment and was given a four hour window of when the technician would arrive. I ended up having to reschedule because an hour and a half past the scheduled time slot, they still did not arrive. I ended up having to cancel and reschedule.
When the technician came out the next day, he was courteous and knowledgeable. He was somewhat pushy with trying to pitch additional services and work.
All in all, the technician was courteous, knowledgeable and the rate I was charged was reasonable. I was disappointed with the sales tactics and the tardiness but the technician did good work, the rate was reasonable, and he was courteous. I'm somewhat understanding of the tardiness due to the pandemic, but it was still pretty late even factoring that in.
I followed up with a HVAC quote (the first technician set that up). The second technician I worked with was also late. He was extremely pushy, and rude. Not only was I not told the truth (as I came to later find out), but he was incredibly rude and I had to pry to get basic information.
For example,
Me: What is the model you are quoting me?
Salesman:Why do you want to know? You wont find anything on it.
Me: Well this is potentially a big investment, so I'd like to do some additional research.
Him: How do you plan to research? Do you know people in the industry? You won't find anything.
Me: Well I would appreciate this basic info.
Him: Well I'll have to look up the model.
He also quoted a price and then used scare tactics if you go with another company, your house could be permanently damaged and you would be stuck with that damage. You dont want that, do you?
He also asked what other companies quoted the work. I was honest and told him that I planned to get 3 or 4 quotes, as this is a big investment.
He sneered and told me If you want to spend the time you can. You won't find another company that will do it cheaper, and if you do, they won't know what they are doing and you'll have some kid fresh out of school installing your HVAC and messing up your house.
He also asked what brand of unit I had been quoted and I said American Standard. He then said that We use Trane, which is better.
Me: Isn't Trane and American Standard the same thing?
Him: American Standard is a lesser make than Trane and is made differently.
When he left I did some research, and come to find out that American Standard purchased Trane's HVAC division in 1984, and they are now identical, with the exception being the name plate on the unit. Turns out they are made in the same places too.
I could provide other examples, but suffice to say, I couldn't wait until this guy left my house.
Needless to say, I will not be using Lee Company to meet my HVAC needs.

I moved to Brentwood 6 weeks ago. I have used Lee Company almost exclusively for a variety of work we needed done. They have always been very professional, prompt and friendly. Very, very impressed and will continue to use them for other projects. Kelly Knetchel was my first contact and Kelly has done an amazing job scheduling and coordinating the work. Kelly is very thorough and goes the extra mile each and every time.
I have read most of the reviews here and can only say that my 5 stars is based on probably 15 jobs and around 12 employees.

Called to report broken AC unit on 90 degree day. Lee came same day w 2 techs. Did complete check on both zones for obvious issues...all looked fine. Went to attic it was a clogged line. Vacuumed it out and and got the air cold. Went under house to check for drainage and see about any issues. Went above and beyond and had complete confidence in them as professionals and their no nonsense approach. Will use again for sure.

We entered into a Home Maintenance program with Lee Company believing the company would stand by their priority service and attention. The HVAC inspection and service maintenance was outstanding followed by a complete written report and images the technician provided. The plumbing inspection report had to be chase down and requested a copy for our files weeks after the plumbing inspection, which was mediocre at best, when completed. An 11 year old could have done a better job IMHO. Recently, we purchased a refrigerator late October and the delivery person did not have the skills or tools to hook up water into the refrigerator's water and ice-maker feature. We naturally called Lee Company to hook up water to my refrigerator appliance. Lee Company did not recognize my home maintenance benefits and informed us it would be after Thanksgiving or December we could have Lee Company hook up our water to the refrigerator. Instead we hired a plumber to hook up water to our refrigerator at the cost of an additional $175. As a member of the Lee Company Home Maintenance Program, we were assured in writing priory service appointment over others with a 20% discount on all parts and labor. We believe we experienced a bate and switch and Lee Company failed to deliver customer service as promised. Had we known this before signing the contract we would have chosen other service providers over Lee Company. Not everything promised is promised by Lee Company. Sorry is not a remedy and we are not happy consumers especially being out of pocket for money Lee Company could have saved us. Instead we warn consumers BEWARE of Lee Company. We Particularly dislike bate and switch tactics. Don't you?

Almost impossible to schedule appointment. I have been calling for over a week to get annual maintenance schedule, on hold for half an hour, left messages still no luck!!
