Best Water Purification System Installation in Minneapolis MN

Very dissapointed, hired them 9 months ago and the shower kit they installed already is dripping. Just crap. They quoted me $900 and then when the bill came it was $1000. Tacked on a $90+ service fee on top of labor and parts, was not in the quote. And they forgot to leave the trim kit which delayed installation. They got mad when I asked them about the bogus $90 fee. It was all around a huge dissapointment.

Cannot recommend them enough. We've lived in Shakopee for 4 months and they've already been out twice - once to find a leak and another time to look at our water softener that we didn't know how to use. The plumber set my water softener correctly and told me everything I needed to know about it and gave me a plumbing 101 lesson. They are super reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. Will ONLY be using Affinity Plumbing.

Everything you could ask for in a great service company. John gave specific detailed feedback, weighed the costs and benefits of what actions to take, showed commitment to customer satisfaction and feasibility in price and functionality, and I got to learn plenty of baseline information about the specific problems that were occurring on my unit so I know why decisions are made.

The high satisfaction I have in this vendor should be obvious from the fact that this is the very first review I've EVER posted on Yelp, for any company of any kind. Prompt, clean, candid & thorough. I've just found our go-to pro for our household plumbing & HVAC needs.

Called to schedule service as we are having a couple leak issues.    Explained what the issues are and we were told he would call back later that night.  It has been a week and we never received a call back.   Must be nice to be so busy that you can ignore new customers.    We have contacted a different plumber since he clearly does not want our busy.

Highly unprofessional! Made an appointment for an electrical job estimate. They picked the time and date convenient for them (not me), which was between 12-2 on Friday 5/4). My husband took off work to meet with them to show them where everything is and be able to answer any questions They may have. Kristen from neighborhood plumbing called me at 12:15pm (15 minutes AFTER they should've been there) ON 5/4 to to cancel. That was bad enough, but she added to the issue where she told me the next time she could get anyone to come out wasn't until the 14th! It was them who chose the time/ date to start with, their error and they wanted me to wait weeks? That's highly unprofessional and it was absolutely a complete waste of our day. Do not recommend!

Racist. Don't waste your time and money.

Very good prompt service at a reasonable rate. Other plumbers didn't want to tackle the job they got it done

Charged me over $700 to install a garbage disposal,  took less than an hour

Was terrible, from not showing up first day to being late .. He knew I had a home warranty, they were the ones that found him.  He knew the rules.
This process took over a month to get resolved, He finally came out to the house and told me I had 3 leaks under my kitchen sink.  After numerous attempts from myself and the home warranty to get the $$ for fixing the problems he finally came back with a cost of:
$717 for the kitchen faucet (I told him no, I bought one myself and had it installed)
$225.00 garbage disposal
$184.00 old garbage disposal (I could of thrown this away myself after looking at the invoice)
$115.00 piping repair.
The day the problems were corrected he told me to pay bill in full and that he wasn't dealing with the home warranty company and that if I didn't pay him he was charging me an additional $160 per hour. I paid him as I wanted them out of my house.  All this took place while I had the home warranty on the phone explaining to him they would be issuing him a check that very day!  But Jason from Big River Plumbing, didn't care! my after thought were I should of called the police and had them removed from my property.  
Then Jason had the nerve to send me an email thanking me for their business and wished me a 'blessed' day.. Really?!?!?

Save your headaches! this problem took over a month to get resolved.  Don't use them for any projects!!!
