Best Sewer Services in Minneapolis MN
I requested a quote through Yelp and Ben got back to me within the hour to schedule for the following afternoon. He was available sooner but my schedule was more hectic than his. Ben quickly fixed our kitchen sink clog and cleaned up before leaving. He was fast, professional and great sense of humor! I would highly recommend Ben for any plumbing needs!

5 Stars for sure. The Rumpca team installed a new hot water boiler heating system and water softener in my home. The work was high quality, done in a timely manner and the price was exactly as quoted (not cheap, but well worth it). I would highly recommend!

Sometimes in life one finds oneself with a broken water pipe on a Sunday night, in the middle of a pandemic, mere hours before a house inspection that could make or break a sale. Surely, I thought, it would be impossible to find a plumber who would be willing to come on such short notice, who'd have the knowledge and experience to do the job, and who wouldn't charge an absolute fortune.
But as fate would have it, I found Steve @ Hibernian and my plumbing emergency actually turned out to be a positive experience. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and he had the expertise, equipment, and strength to get the job done well. What's more, he was pleasant, professional, and personable... and he was completely fair in his pricing (even with the circumstances).
I highly recommend Hibernian Plumbing.

The owner, Matt, did an excellent job. He was very professional, took the time to answer questions, and was very punctual. Both visits he said he would be there at 9AM and both times he was exactly on-time. In the past I have called the bigger guys with flashy vans and been left waiting...and waiting...and eventually the 2 hour window turns into more like three or four hours.
I will be using Matt and his team for all my plumbing needs in the future!

There was a backup in my drain that was causing the water from my kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine to fill up my overflow sink in my basement. After my own failed attempts to snake the drain I gave up and decided to call a plumber before I made a big mess of things. I called John's yesterday at 4pm and they were here at 9am this morning. The gentleman who cleaned my drain was named Kris and was very friendly and professional. He was in and out within 40 minutes. He also gave me some great advice for other general plumbing issues and main cleaning/maintenance. So all around fantastic service and professionalism, I will definitely be calling these guys again when I need my main cleaned out. Also, these guys were the cheapest legitimate drain cleaning company that I could find - $99!

I called Chris as well as 6 other plumbers on a Sunday and he was the only one who called me back within 10 minutes. He came within 90 minutes and was extremely thorough. I felt his prices were fair, especially given it was a weekend. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job you need.

Communication happened within the first hour of me reaching out to Yelp. Roman the owner came out to repair our toilet within 2 days. He had all the parts in his truck. Repair took maybe an hour. We are very happy with his service. Tidy and friendly.

On short notice, Joe made time in his schedule to come out and diagnose my plumbing issue. He gave me a fair price and an honest assessment, connecting me with the crew needed to to the job. I absolutely recommend Joe and would hire him again.

I'm extremely impressed with the timing and communication Val provided us during our plumbing emergency. A friend recommended Sparrow Plumbing as our regular plumber was days out. Val answered the phone, now we know that never happens! You either get a voicemail or a message that their mailbox is full. I explained the challenges we were having in our kitchen. Val calmed my nerves and put my frustrations to rest when he said he could be out the same afternoon. Val assessed our plumbing issue, called me to inform me of his finding, stated the cost and also informed me of the possible risks with the ABS piping. Val completed the work without incident, collected payment, emailed me a receipt and the rest of our day was joyful due to resolving our kitchen interruption. I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone.

So, wow. They say that they have 24/7 service. However, when I called them, they were not able to get out until the next day. I explained that we had one bathroom and that I would keep that appointment but had to call around to try to get someone out tonight.
Amazing that when I called back to cancel they had someone that was available to come out. Needless to say, I did not use them. This place has poor advertisement of 24/7 service that really means 8:00am-5:00pm.

Totally disappointed!
Plumb Right came to my home 2-3 years ago and knocked my socks off with prompt, and friendly service when they installed the disposal under my kitchen sink. It was only natural I would look at the advertising sticker they prominently placed on the disposal, get their phone number, and call Plumb Right when it came time to freshen-up the look of my kitchen with a new sink.
Here is where the fairy tale ends. When I called to ask for an estimate on how much it would cost to remove the old sink & install a new one (it took 10+ rings for someone to answer), I was handed off to Dale who said they would charge a $59 service call to come to my house to look at the sink before they would give me an estimate. Silently I shook my head to make sure the cobwebs were clear and I asked him to give me a ballpark on the removal and installation of a new drop in sink (mind you, this isn't an under-mount or anything complicated). Dale again replied that he couldn't give me that number. I asked, this time a little more direct, while acknowledging it's not a firm quote/ bid, whether or not the cost of the removal of an old sink and the installation of a new sink would be in the tens, hundreds, or several hundreds of dollars range? I told Dale I just wanted this general idea before I made the decision to have them come out and charge me $59 to tell me how much their bid would be. His reply, Well, I guess we cannot help you then.
Clearly they operate on a business model that I don't understand. $59 to come out and tell me if they are going to soak me for $300 (who knows if this is an accurate guess? Not me-- thanks Dale!) to remove and install a drop-in kitchen sink?!
I will continue my search for a plumber that has entered the 21st century, and I encourage you to do so as well. Consumers deserve better. Meanwhile, does anyone know the best way to remove advertising stickers from sink disposals?

Tjk plumbing replaced my water heater today. Dan provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, explained all steps in the process and left everything clean and tidy. I price checked with 2 other companies before choosing TJK. I enjoy supporting smaller companies and my service today is why. Highly recommend.

I've actually had to use them a couple times (for different reasons) - they are always very accommodating & professional! The tech Devon was polite, professional, very efficient but thorough, & communicated everything throughout the process. Because I was a repeat customer, they gave a discount! Highly recommend!!

Grant came masked which we liked. Our kitchen line was clogged below the basement floor. He worked at it until it was unplugged and charged what was quoted on the phone. It was a very stressful situation and they fixed it right up.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. They were able to fit me in the same day when I reached out regarding needing to have my old, leaky outdoor spigot replaced. Nate came out and he was fantastic. He was super fair and kind and was working to find solutions that would be quicker, cheaper fixes before ultimately needing to go through the wall to replace it. I spent quite a bit of time comparing companies, reading reviews, and getting quotes. I am beyond pleased to have gone with Aart's Speedy Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again! Thank you!

Would not recommend this company to even my worst Enemy. They are nothing more than rip off artist. Had a technician (used VERY loosely) come out and explain that our a/c unit was going to need some major parts replaced at an exorbitant amount of money $3000 or in his opinion to just replace the whole system for a mere $1000 more. Happen to get a second opinion on the matter and low and behold for less than the cost of these con-artists to come out and describe all the things wrong with my a/c unit we are up and running cool and comfortable. I did contact Alex and then also spoke to Greg to allow them to make this right. They chose not to even attempt to make this right. I would RUN from this company there are so many more out there that are better and that are actually TRUSTWORTHY. They will belittle you, talk down to you and this basically explains how they do business.

I like to support local businesses rather than the big conglomerate companies, so I was hoping to work with Richfield Plumbing. When Mike came out to my home last Friday to give me an estimate, he said he understood what I needed done - basically pull a permit, remodel an existing basement bathroom...move a shower with a legal drain/venting and replace the toilet and sink/vanity. I asked for an estimate excluding fixtures - I would supply those. I got estimates from 3 other plumbers and they all gave me various totals. When I received his estimate all that was included was his hourly rate and nothing else...no total and no hours - so I called him and he had no reasonable explanation and didn't respond to my email asking for a total. I told him I need a total so I can compare bids..hello!?...crickets. Why would he waste the time to come out to estimate and then only give me his hourly rate? He could have just given me that over the phone. Such a disappointment.

I had Sebastian out to do some rough in plumbing, fix a floor drain and do some finishing work. He did very bad work and was very dishonest. He repaired a main water line and Unclogged the basement floor drain. The water main started leaking again and I had to pay to get it fixed and the floor drain was not properly unclogged and it caused me to fail an inspection. He also, in a very threatening way demanded more money after changing his bid and refusing to do the work he agreed on. Don't go with this company unless you want poor quality work with changing prices.

ZERO STARS! TERRIBLE! We had a plumbing emergency and the response was reasonably quick, but everything went downhill immediately. They couldn't figure out what was wrong for hours and during the course of their investigation, they cut our power (which we didn't have for days) and then the electricians they eventually sent left scuffs and mud all over our walls and floors. On top of this, and despite the fact that we discussed it with them beforehand and they were well aware we were using insurance, they refused to give us an itemized receipt (which most insurers require), which meant we were out thousands of dollars. DO NOT USE!!! IT WILL BE ONE OF THE WORST MISTAKES YOU EVER MAKE!!! Also, they get you to sign up for a probably illegal program to save money, which is an auto-renewal deal that doesn't contain a notice provision so you cannot actually cancel. If not completely illegal, it is still 100% shady.
