Because our softener is 20+ years old, I figured we would have to purchase a new one, however, Corey indicated the unit was fine but just needed a new part. He corrected our issue within an hour. I had Martin over the first time to level out my backyard to install a pool.  I had recently broke my ankle and wasn't able to do much on my own. He helped me with so many other things while he was here; it was unbelievably helpful. Cleaned gutters, fixed a gate- and he ended up assembling and putting up the pool for me!
Fast forward 8 months -ankle still broke - I want to install a dog door for my upcoming surgery. He suggested a door, came out, installed it, and even followed up a few times to see how the dogs were liking it.
He's very reliable, cleans up after himself, and charges reasonable rates.
Bonus- he listens to good music while he works!

I had many questions, which Chris didn't mind, and he answered them all. Very professional , quality work. He even advised me that the prior  water heater was improperly installed, and why. Doug was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. Express Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company to replace my water heater. He contacted me on the weekend to discuss the issue and schedule an appointment. He explained the process, discussed an approximate timeline, and provided regular updates along the way. He responded to my questions in a timely manner and with detailed explanations. He was friendly, professional, and did a phenomenal job. I wish he did more than just water heaters because I'd hire him for all of my plumbing projects!

Well I don't want to ramble on so i will get straight to the point. If you're ever not sure of a company...just don't do it no matter what people say. I gave this company several chances to fix their mistake but they refused. They remodeled my home after a fire destroyed it. Several of the men were rude. Kyle being the most. They had poor communication. They even bullied me several times about my bathroom...they actually made it look worse than our bathroom which was newly and beautifully remodeled by Sears who I wish I had chose now. They charged me over 22thousand dollars extra for only a few upgrades. They have incomplete work done and yet they want payment in full. I would not recommend this company to anyone...well maybe someone I would like to screw over like I was. I'm a woman..you know we spend time in the bathroom. Well..i don't even really use mine any more. So thanks a lot! For doing one change which we paid too much for...and they tried to argue about it...i had to insist..yes I had to insist on an upgrade that we paid out of pocket for. Everything with this company was a pain. Doesn't help when you're grieving over losing your life in a house fire from robbery and arson. Which I may add that the milwaukee police still have not charged or convicted anyone. And it's been a year! To top it off...the initials in my tub which you can clearly see read FML!
