I read numerous positive reviews on Thumbtack regarding water softener repairs by this outfit, and I'm VERY pleased to say Waterfoul Plumbing did not disappoint!  Corey was very professional, very courteous, and corrected our issue. Because our softener is 20+ years old, I figured we would have to purchase a new one, however, Corey indicated the unit was fine but just needed a new part. He corrected our issue within an hour. Martin was great!  He was able to quickly come and fix and repair the siding on one of my rental properties before the wind blew it all off.  Additionally I had some other things for him to take care of in the rental itself including installing a new toliet and his work was great at a competitive rate!

Chris from Urban Plumbing came to give us a quote to fix our whirlpool tub. We had a different plumbing company come out twice, spending 3 plus hours to diagnose what was wrong and to tell us the whole tub would need to be replaced... It took Chris looking at the tub for a total of 20 minutes(10 of which was filling the tub enough to cause the problem we were experiencing) to find out what the actual problem was. It needed no parts to fix... Chris was extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgable. I highly recommend calling Urban Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

We live in a 1950's tri-level that has come with it's fair share or quirks. This week our bath tub backed up while showering and the water would not drain. It was disgusting. We tried everything we could possible think of and it just led me to tears. Our contractor even came over to help out. We were thinking it was worse case scenario and a wall was going to have to ripped out. Milestone got us in next day and sent Alex over. He was unbelievably kind and calming. He was able to talk me through our old pipe issues and within a matter of minutes he had the drain unclogged and water running smoothly in the bath tub. He also talked to me about things to use and not use on our 1950's pipes. I'm so happy we found an honest and reliable local company that is dependable and has amazing customer service. Doug was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. Express Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company to replace my water heater. He contacted me on the weekend to discuss the issue and schedule an appointment. He explained the process, discussed an approximate timeline, and provided regular updates along the way. He responded to my questions in a timely manner and with detailed explanations. He was friendly, professional, and did a phenomenal job. I wish he did more than just water heaters because I'd hire him for all of my plumbing projects!

Well I don't want to ramble on so i will get straight to the point. If you're ever not sure of a company...just don't do it no matter what people say. I gave this company several chances to fix their mistake but they refused. They remodeled my home after a fire destroyed it. Several of the men were rude. Kyle being the most. They had poor communication. They even bullied me several times about my bathroom...they actually made it look worse than our bathroom which was newly and beautifully remodeled by Sears who I wish I had chose now. They charged me over 22thousand dollars extra for only a few upgrades. They have incomplete work done and yet they want payment in full. I would not recommend this company to anyone...well maybe someone I would like to screw over like I was. I'm a woman..you know we spend time in the bathroom. Well..i don't even really use mine any more. So thanks a lot! For doing one change which we paid too much for...and they tried to argue about it...i had to insist..yes I had to insist on an upgrade that we paid out of pocket for. Everything with this company was a pain. Doesn't help when you're grieving over losing your life in a house fire from robbery and arson. Which I may add that the milwaukee police still have not charged or convicted anyone. And it's been a year! To top it off...the initials in my tub which you can clearly see read FML!
