Best HVAC System Maintenance in Milwaukee WI
All Star heating helped me out right away. They were fast, efficient and reasonably priced. I could not have asked for anything better. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

We have been using Action Heating & Cooling for several years to service our boiler system. I have found them to always be professional, never selling us something we didn't need, always making sure we understand how the system works most efficiently, and wanting to make sure we get the most out of our system. I recommend them to anyone looking for honest heating and cooling needs.

I use this business because they have come through for me prior to my experience of 40 below weather & the furnace going out. They stepped it up & installed it. They have always been there for me. The best is that I trust these nice, respectful, gentlemen that enter my house. They are truly quality employees that make me feel comfortable. They even have a lot of patience with my annoying dogs. Thank you Southport for being there for me & having quality employees!

Omer was helpful and insightful with his recommendations. He never pushed or led me one way are another. He went above and beyond with his service and recommendations. He had to come back to deliver a UV bulb for me and even installed it. I give this company an A in service and quality of service. I know I have to replace my A/C unit but thanks to this guy at least it works for the time being. He is definitely on my list of companies to call for A/C replacement and all my heating and A/C needs.

I have been a long-standing customer of Lee Mechanical.
Sadly, during the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic, at a time when families were panic-stricken, and wondering if their jobs would be there tomorrow, Lee Mechanical used this as an opportunity to TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE PREVAILING ECONOMIC CONDITIONS.
I was SIGNIFICANTLY over-charged in 2021 for my Whole House Generator and the Salesperson (D.B.) flat out LIED to me stating that they would come out to conduct first year service check on the Generator and afterwards it would be a 2-year maintenance, at cost. Unscrupulous people. SMH
**NOTE: I was forced to award them at least one star by this review system. They deserve NO STARS.

Blau came up in a search I did looking for pricing on hot water heaters. Once on their site I realized they provide a whole lot of HVAC and Plumbing services. I was looking for a quote on no less than 3 HVAC/plumbing jobs for a new house I'd purchased. I loved the fact that they had a live agent online at 8pm at night to help answer initial questions. I let them know I was not dealing with any emergency issues. The online rep was very eager to get my contact info and email before fully understanding what I needed. I was not ready to share. Later in the evening, after thinking it through, I decided to proceed with scheduling so I went to their online chat again. This time got a different person. It all seemed good and I shared contact info and details on what I specifically wanted quoted and the day/timing I was hoping for. The next morning I got a generic email sent to me stating that it costs $29 to get a tech to my door. And then $80/hr (billed in 15 min increments) And I should call them to schedule. I did call because I do not understand why I would pay them to quote my job (which included, new furnace/zoned heating, a new hot water heater, and running gas line for dryer and to convert a wood burning fireplace to gas). I was estimating the job would be $5,000-$10,000. There's no way I was paying them to quote my job. The phone rep (who didn't seem to appreciate the importance of nurturing the client relationship) was matter of fact about their policies and pricing - no exceptions. Wow. She finally agreed she could remove the truck charge if I hired them for the services. So, on to scheduling. Knowing they offer services into the evening hours I asked for a 5:00 pm appointment 3 days in advance. Nope, she couldn't do that. She could only offer the first available opening after 5:00pm on my date. So, let's get this straight, they are charging me to provide my quote for thousands of dollars of work I'm interested in doing and can't even commit to meeting me at a time that works for me. No way! I don't like to do business that way and I'll be finding another vendor. All I can say is ask a lot of questions before you sign on, as there is the potential to spend a lot of $$ before you ever get started.

Avoid this place at all costs. Technician Zane came out and said my water heater needed both elements and thermostats replaced. I suspected the elements, given scaling. But I asked why the thermostats needed to be replaced. He said he replaces them all as a set. I asked to see the set and he said no. So I asked what the cost was just to replace the elements, and he said he was not going to do that, he only replaces the entire set. When I asked why he got very agitated. I remained calm until he said take or leave it. So I said forget, just get off my property. He said if you touch me you will be sorry. I said what the hell are talking about, just leave. He repeated I would be sorry if I touched him. This kid was not right in the head. I can't believe the company hired this strange person. I called Parker and Sons, they came out one hour later. He said both elements need to be replaced. I asked about the thermostats and he said they were fine. I told him about Zane's insistence that everything be replaced as an entire set, and he said nonsense. Go with Parker and Sons. Great customer service. Avoid Mahoneys and for sure steer well clear of Zane the technician.
