I needed a couple small things fixed in my house. He replied quickly and was easy to work with. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what was going on and troubleshooted my problem quickly. He was respectful and made sure the work areas were clean when he left. 10/10 would hire again.

We needed to have our water heater replaced and contacted O & W. We heard back right away, got an estimate via email, and the very next day our new unit was installed! Omer was personable, thorough, and a total professional. He knows so much about water heaters and plumbing in general, and he took tons of time to explain everything in detail and give us recommendations for DIY repairs and plumbing maintenance. I can't recommend O & W enough!

Went to speak with owner about plumbing work. No call no show twice.
I wouldn't recommend this time wasting company.

Richard came out to my moms place and cleared everything up in minutes. He also offered an insider tip.
The service is great and he is versatile in a number of areas.
I will call him in the future for services as they come available.
Great job and continued success.

Everyone should listen to the negative reviews for this company. Now let's start the review!
My Aunt 70 needed some plumbing done to install a dishwasher, after the work was done he tried to overcharge her for the work tht was done ( don't know if he was playing dumb or trying to pull a fast one) he fixed the bill and my aunt paid
Now For the real negative part of the review...,
11 months and 3 weeks pass and my aunt was cleaning under her sink when she noticed standing water, So she found it was coming from the drain the plumber had fixed so she called hartlub requesting a plumber come out and fix it ( hartlub supposedly has a 1 year warranty on their work)
the lady schedules a plumber to come out 1 day past the warranty. 2 plumbers show up ( nice guys) look at the plumbing and called the office lady. The lady wants $95 plus whatever time it takes them to fix ( around $170 total) my aunt ( 70 years old) said, but i had a 1 year warranty, the lady said she she will make her a deal and just charge the $95 to fix it. My aunt said no she wanted it fixed under warranty for free because she already paid to have it done once.
The plumber then got back on the phone and walked to the other room. my aunt over heard him say it will take 2 minutes to fix. when he was done with the call he came back into the kitchen and said he was told too leave without doing any work by the office lady because seeing as it was 1 day out of warranty they weren't going to cover it.
He son had to come over and caulk the heather vent hose for the dishwasher! it took 2 minutes and a little caulk and it was fixed!
Sheisty, petty little company..... do not use them!poor workmanship

Do yourself a favor and avoid. Terrible communication in addition to half finished and poor work. After hiring them to replace our closet doors they did half the job, and the work they did do left the doors ruined.
We had a verbal agreement with Donn that he would REPLACE all 4 of our doors with new ones. When he showed up with the finished work he had not replaced the doors, but rather sanded two of them and covered all of them in a brown 'restorative' oil. Immediately after they were installed, this brown oil was rubbing off on my hands, carpet, and clothes. We have had to since hire a whole new carpenter to redo ALL the work. When we contacted Donn and his wife Melissa for a partial refund, they vanished and have not responded to our phone calls. I am including a photo of a paper towel I wiped over the surface of one of our ruined doors. This substance they put on the doors wouldn't come off and we wound up having to remove the doors and throw them away. This was getting on my hands, carpet and clothing. Beware if you use them to get your job in writing and do not pay cash. We stupidly trusted them and wound up unhappy and swindled.
