I had broken water pipe from the meter to the house. Tony, call supervisor, was here in less than 2 hours. Very knowledgeable and efficient and kind. He prepared the site for the technicians,  finding the leak and hand dug until he isolated the pipe so they would have the proper equipment with them.  
Emir and Joel arrived promptly,  announcing themselves, wearing masks  and quickly had the problem identified and on its way to being resolved. They worked hard and professionally with great attitudes.
Erin and Joel restored my water supply and then systematically checked to locate any additional leaks within my water system to avoid future problems. They made sure that $$$ water meter was at a dead stop when everything was turned off.
They even wore booties to protect my home while they checked a faulty faucet.
Technicians who leave your site better than they found it are GOLD to a company.
I am most grateful for resolving my water line break in less than 7 hours all together.

The neighbor above me had this contractor in to remodel their bathrooms.  They pulled an interior remodeling permit, closed it out secretly and told the condo board, the condo maintenance company they had permits to fix missing rebar and repair the slab between two units.  They then used this as a way to enter the other unit and promptly installed plumbing pipes to attach to the above unit without permission and WITHOUT PERMITS.
The building is now under a unsafe structure, the poor victim below, now has more plumbing installed above them with more risks for leaks and unsafe structure.  
Avoid this contractor at all costs.

The worst of the worst!!! Refused to finish his job after he got paid.
Dumped his corona bottles in my trash can but yet couldn't dump all the trash he left outside. Do yourself a favor and look for a different handyman.
