Emir arrived promptly to find and stop a major leak. He resolved the problem and was very professional. He went above and beyond stopping the leak. He used his own hose to bypass the damaged pipe to provide water to the affected bathroom. He was outstanding.

Fuad and his team did a great job remodeling and repair. We had several proposals and JMK's was the most complete and affordable. I received proposals that didn't make sense at all. Unreal. The majority of general contractors in Miami want to hit the jackpot with every client. I worked primarily with Fuad, but the construction workers were just as pleasant and professional. We did a full bathroom remodel. We also remodeled 75% of the kitchen, and worked on high-end floors in the living area.The JMK team answered every question I had throughout every step of the way. Luckily we had only few changes on the project and budget was met within 3%. In my profession, I have to look out for on the site jobs like this so I know how to screen and select contractors.
