Our water heater conked out and leaked all over the floor. I called a friend who had just had his replaced and repaired by 1-800-Plummer + Air. He highly recommended them. I called and within 30 minutes my call was returned and within another 30 minutes they were at the house! Garrett was wonderful! No hard sell. Water heater was replaced same day. Could not be more pleased with this company!

My AC went out at midnight on Tuesday. Wednesday morning I got a referral from a friend who advised me to call Hays. They were called at 9 a.m. in the morning and at 4 p.m. that same day, a tech arrived. The tech name is Karl he was very courteous, prompt, informative and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them. Several other companies were called and they stated they could not arrive until Friday mid-morning. Thank you to the management at Hays for running an efficient company.

On October 4th I had a prescheduled water shut off at my condo to move a washer and dryer hook up so we could install a counter as it was too high. The plumber was let in remotely as I am in Baton Rouge. I was sent photos and told job was complete. Two weeks later on the 18th a painter from the building HOA entered my unit and discovered it unlocked and extremely humid, upon further investigation he discovered the water in the master bathroom was left on in both sinks and the shower, when the plumber had opened the taps to drain the lines they were never shut off... two weeks later over 83000 gallons of hot water, high ac bill, high water bill, damage to the unit. I was made promises that were not upheld, I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, for photos of damages multiple times... hugely disappointed and angry about the run around I have recieved.

Ben has been out to our home several times since we moved in last May and he's always top-notch. He's not only a good plumber, but incredibly professional. In this day and age, when so many contractors half-ass stuff to get in and get out, Ben is someone we trust and know we can rely on to do the job right--even it means a little extra effort and time until everything is perfect. Thanks for sending him back out here.

The return of customer service!!

I called S3 Plumbing after noticing my water heater was leaking.  Sultan was at my home within 30 minutes!  Very professional, and good at communicating all the issues I was having.  I needed to have my water heater replace, and he returned 45 minutes later with a new one.  Installation was done quickly and he left the worksite cleaner than when I arrived.  I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on items and services I didn't need.   He has since check with me to make sure everything was working properly.  I will definitely be call Sultan back for all my future plumbing needs.

I've had these guys out 3 times and have been supremely satisfied after each visit. Not only do they fix your problem, they'll tell you why it happened and give suggestions on preventing it.  Ted came out here most recently and gave me some really good tips on keeping our drains unclogged...now I know more about garbage disposal use than I ever thought was available.  Will definitely call them again.

My kitchen sink wouldn't drain and was clogged after I loaded the dishwasher. Option one said they could be here same day and my service guy Robert was excellent and even cleaned up after. I've used option one before and definitely will again. They were fast, and efficient an did a great job! I couldn't be happier!

Thank you to Jake, he came a few weeks back to fix a leaky sink and toilet issue, he is very friendly and thorough. He caught another issue during his visit, our main water shut off valve was not working correctly. He said he would get on it and fix it and he did! Came back today and it's all taken care of. Doubled checked for leaks and everything.

What a life saver!

We discovered a leak under our bathroom sink early Sunday morning.  I called and spoke with Dan.  He was able to fix it before we left for church later that morning.

Very professional but were it stops there...we had them out for pretty simple job . Splitting one plug into three plugs (low voltage plugs), under the front porch. The wanted to charge me $2200, decided to do myself. Bought the materials for $90 at Home Depot. The service man estimated one hour and half.
In the Valley of the Sun, there is rumor that certain service companies have a habit of ripping of the AGED snow birds.  I believer that George is guilty of this. This cost us $80 for a service call.  Listen learned. BEWARE !!  PLEASE READ THEIR REVIEWS BEFORE CALLING....
