The 2 man crew showed up on time, and went right to work. Both wore masks respecting the COVID safety measures.

The price was fair and the men were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in their services for us   They installed a new Faucet outside and cleaned out a slow drain in a master bath. They deserve 5 stars !!

This used to be a very good company, I had them install a water Softner one of their best.  Now years later they seem to forget about customer service and so far are terrible.   I've been trying to get help with the softener and it's been over a month!!!   I do not recommend this company!!!

My mom recommended I call Jimmy Joe's Plumbing,  based on her great experience with them, and I'm glad I listened. They answered right away, showed up on time, and fixed what I needed without charging an arm & leg. A good plumber is hard to find... so happy we finally found one!

I've had Stephen come out twice so far and I will continue to call on him. He is honest and friendly, does a nice job, and has great prices. I called several other plumbers for a price quote and he beat them all.

Dale is one of the best contractors I could luckily find.  He is a honest guy who not only can to it all but also do it well with an unbelievable lower price.  Recently,  Dale completed replacing our 20 year old shower trim, angle stops and supply lines for all our 4 sinks and repaired a few leaking faucets with less than half the price the plumbing companies quoted.  He also fixed the stuck door that other contractors said it should be replaced.  Dale is busy and I have waited for about 10 days to get his service, but it's well worth the wait because I understand the better contractors are always in high demand. I will definitely use Dale for all our repair needs in the future, and I highly recommend Dale for all your house repair needs.

It's Saturday. 4pm. I'm out of the country and have a guest watching the house. They took a shower and then they found a lake a water in an adjacent room. Called Chris the owner and he sent Larry out. Have done business with Flushking before. Larry came out fast and found the issue got it fixed. Larry is a hard worker and gets to the bottom of the problem quick and handles the fix. He finished a few hours later on a Saturday night, but wanted to make sure everything was taken care of for me. They are such a great company to trust with your plumbing issues. I will be calling again. Chris and Larry, THANK You!

Justin was very personable and insightful in providing the information I needed to make a good decision in purchasing a new water heater. The scheduling was for a same-day installation of at a very reasonable price. Brandon was prompt and very efficient with the installation process and added helpful hints for future servicing and warranty coverage of the new unit. If you want amazing workmanship and amazing customer service these guys are the way to go! After moving in to a new house they went above and beyond to help add a water softener and a new water heater on the same day. The water heater was unexpected. I'm so glad we called than and they helped make our lives been with fresh and hot water. Thank you.

I needed a whole house water filtration and water softener system installed. Out of the handful of plumbing companies I contacted, Curtis was one of the few who was willing to install it since I bought the system from an external company, and he also gave me one of the best estimates. What I appreciated most was his honest opinion on additional options and suggestions. Overall, he did a phenomenal job and I will definitely be calling him again for future plumbing projects or issues that may arise.

We bought an investment property and needed multiple things fixed. Our realtor referred us to Jesus. Being from out of town we needed a trustworthy plumber we could count on!!  Jesus went above and beyond with the project. Not only was he most capable of all the plumbing needs from new faucets to adding a 2 way bull horn on the main sewer line for future clean out , he was also trustworthy enough to do it all while we were in Colorado. His prices were fair and communicated nicely through the entire process. Our shower was leaking and another was not working. Cleveland Plumbing came quickly, diagnosed, purchased the right parts and fixed all the issues quickly! We are grateful to find a highly competent and skilled plumber. Past plumbers could not fix our brand of plumbing hardware. Thank you!!!

This company was the absolute worst to deal with. Scott, was totally unprofessional and rude. They kept telling me for my repair that they were waiting for the home warranty company but after a month, Scott told me he had no notes or photographs in my file so he didn't know what needed to be done. He told me that a part was going to take two days so after a month of waiting and then two days I call to get the status on the part and he said that he didn't have it. So they under delivered on times. Finally when the part came in Scott told me that since I was annoying he normally would have pushed my job back a day. How disrespectful can a person be?! This company sucks the big one

They did an excellent job at a good price and were fast to finish a very complicated job.
