The 2 man crew showed up on time, and went right to work. Both wore masks respecting the COVID safety measures.

The price was fair and the men were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in their services for us   They installed a new Faucet outside and cleaned out a slow drain in a master bath. They deserve 5 stars !!

I called Stephen around 5:30-6 pm for my kitchen sink that was backed up. It wasn't an emergency but it's difficult to not have access to use your kitchen sink so I wanted it fixed asap. Stephen answered the phone right away, quoted me easily $100 less than 2 other companies, and said he would be out there in a few hours. He was on time, professional, and fixed the clog in our sink. I can't thank him enough for making the trip to my home at the end of the day and not charging an arm and a leg. We are moving out of state but if we weren't I'd use him 10x over and highly recommend.

I needed a whole house water filtration and water softener system installed. Out of the handful of plumbing companies I contacted, Curtis was one of the few who was willing to install it since I bought the system from an external company, and he also gave me one of the best estimates. What I appreciated most was his honest opinion on additional options and suggestions. Overall, he did a phenomenal job and I will definitely be calling him again for future plumbing projects or issues that may arise.

What a life saver!

We discovered a leak under our bathroom sink early Sunday morning.  I called and spoke with Dan.  He was able to fix it before we left for church later that morning.

I wanted to post a review to express how happy I am with the AC replacement that was done today by these guys! . Extremely professional. All friendly to me and my dogs.
I have 2 units in this house, and I am posting a couple comparisons of the work that was done 2 summers ago by another company in the valley.  The new unit and lines were all replaced and sealed! (I'll show in pics!). I wish I had pictures of the attic, to show those differences. This company fully replaced EVERYTHING in my attic with the furnace, they rehung some ducts to properly lower them from the roof (which I can imagine in the SUMMER in Arizona, ducts that run close to roof will absolutely lower energy efficiency!) Replaced thermostats with WiFi thermostats and made sure I was connected! Replaced air intake vents! Laid tarp clothes before ANY work was started!  

I am absolutely impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for AC work!

When Tony, from Jimmy Joe's Plumbing arrived to install a new kitchen faucet and check out a few other things yesterday, I felt a positive vibe.  His assessment of my situation was honest, clear, and forthright; he ended up saving me money since several things didn't need to be fixed at this time.
As soon as I made the appointment, and prior to Tony's arrival, I received texts to confirm details of my request and when he was due to arrive. Tony's friendly and polite manner elicited a feeling of trust and confidence, as he demonstrated his expertise. I would recommend Jimmy Joe's Plumbing any day of the week!

Mike did great work on my exterior hose spigots. He was straightforward in the beginning with a fair price and was very good at communicating and working with my schedule. I'll go to him again in the future.

Dale is all you need!! I went through a few handymen before I found Dale and I wish I had found him sooner. There is a difference between someone who tries to complete a task and calls themself a handyman and someone who actually has experience and knows what they are doing- that is Dale! I had dale hang over 8 pieces of art/Mirrors. He hung drapery hardware throughout my entire house, hung chandeliers and put together my desk and fixed other contractors improper work, and does it all in a professional and timely manner. He's very nice as well as extremely experienced. I've been so used to having to help other handymen complete tasks and it was so nice to be able to explain to Dale what I wanted and trust that he can complete it without needing me to help. He's trustworthy and has a great professional company. Dale is all that you need!!

Company was not up front about fees to come and bid a water heater replacement. We were told after the fact what we would have to pay for the technician to come out. Bid was also higher than any bid I've ever had for a water heater replacement.

Have been wanting to install a soft water system for a couple of years and based on Yelp reviews and some neighbor's recommendations had Just plumbing give us an estimate.  Went with them and could not be more pleased.  Showed up right on time, installation was fast and efficient.  Instructions on use and care were clear and concise.  And best of all..... Right on budget.....  I even signed up for the annual service/inspection program they offer.

Harris plumbing was super prompt and efficient. I was able to get a next day appointment for an unexpected plumbing situation that sprung up. They were very knowledgeable and bonus they were friendly!

They came the same day I called to replace my water heater and had the heater on their truck. They were professional, helpful, and explained all the pricing.

Dreadful experience with installation of four faucets!  Initial work was unacceptable -- faucets weren't lined up over the holes in the granite, so there was an opening next to the base and drains leaked.  Plumber returned once but didn't fix the problems and, due to his attitude over the phone when we informed him of the continuing issues, I decided to redo the installation myself following manufacturer instructions.  In doing so, I noted several failures to comply with installation instructions.  Problems now solved.

so the water heater started leaking yesterday, today it was a flood.. found Majesty due to the good reviews.. called, Jeff answered, got a quote, Jeff said he would be out between 12 and 2... at 12:01 he is backing into the driveway... replaced the water heater with a better model.. thorough, professional, and knew what he was doing... I will use him again when plumbing goes to, well, you know!!!!  I definitely recommend him...

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
