Best Water Heater Installation in Mesa AZ

Professional and great customer service.  They replaced a water heater and provided us with multiple options along with answering all of our questions. They are our go to plumbers in Maricopa and we would recommend to anyone needing service.

I called Stephen around 5:30-6 pm for my kitchen sink that was backed up. It wasn't an emergency but it's difficult to not have access to use your kitchen sink so I wanted it fixed asap. Stephen answered the phone right away, quoted me easily $100 less than 2 other companies, and said he would be out there in a few hours. He was on time, professional, and fixed the clog in our sink. I can't thank him enough for making the trip to my home at the end of the day and not charging an arm and a leg. We are moving out of state but if we weren't I'd use him 10x over and highly recommend.

Curtis was outstanding, very professional and personable, arriving right on time to replace a leaking outdoor faucet of which he did a great job. I would highly recommend him!

The job was done well but don't expect it to be on time. Showed up 90 minutes late the first day and couldn't get the job done only to show up 3 and a half hours late the following day. Office staff is super nice and professional but the actual plumber was very disrespectful of time. Just be mindful if you need it done quickly or have a schedule to stick with.

We've used this company 3 times in the past 6 or so years. Let me tell you, each time they are honest, reliable and amazing to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else, they are really fantastic to work with. So good that each time we needed their services, I had to write a review about it. Shout out to Louis who took care of our R/O system.

Jimmy texted as stated when he was on the way. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Provides customers with multiple options with the goal of saving the customer money. This kind of straightforward honesty is a rare trait, and will definitely use him again if needed.

Great company to work with. I called in the morning when our hot water heater stopped working and they were here and had it fixed by the afternoon. They even came to my north Phoenix home all the way from Mesa. Honest, affordable, professional and all around good people. Highly recommended!

Dale is one of the best contractors I could luckily find.  He is a honest guy who not only can to it all but also do it well with an unbelievable lower price.  Recently,  Dale completed replacing our 20 year old shower trim, angle stops and supply lines for all our 4 sinks and repaired a few leaking faucets with less than half the price the plumbing companies quoted.  He also fixed the stuck door that other contractors said it should be replaced.  Dale is busy and I have waited for about 10 days to get his service, but it's well worth the wait because I understand the better contractors are always in high demand. I will definitely use Dale for all our repair needs in the future, and I highly recommend Dale for all your house repair needs.

Super responsive in Yelp Quote request. Straightforward in the quote as well. Most plumbers want to get in your house 1st and charge you a fee if you choose them. There was no change in the quote and I was able to get same day service. They follow up with texts all day too.

I called Just Plumbing after getting an alarming quote from a big plumbing outfit, and Justin came out to my place in Florence and gave me a quote that was 90 percent less than the other guys. He walked me through what my actual needs were and helped me get my water turned on.    

The salt free softener works great, and even after they were done with the job I noticed a few leaks( the water hasn't  been on in five years) then they checked their truck, and replaced the valves. I don't think they even charged for the extras) all within the quoted price.

I highly recommend these guys and hope to work with them in the future.

By far the most responsive company I have worked with. Since I moved to Arizona 2 years ago, Harris has been my go-to company for my plumbing needs. If it's as simple as a clogged drain, I call or text Alicia and she dispatches Steve, Mark or both and they're here in no time. They care very much about their customers and go above and beyond. When I bought my home here 2 years ago, they have worked on more major things during remodeling in my home, including a current remodel that was the result of a major water damage loss. Beautiful work every time. They are all kind, professional, respectful, trustworthy and fair with pricing. They are so trustworthy that they have worked in my home when I wasn't even home or asleep. Never an issue. I have no concerns in the least that they have access to my home whenever they need to come in and work. Wonderful people and wonderful company. I would love for everyone to use them as there is nobody better.

They are incredibly easy to schedule with any anyone I've spoken to or has come to the house has been professional and friendly. We needed a new RO system and their team quickly got out here and installed the new system without any issues. They are transparent with their pricing and deliver quality work.

The owner Jeff himself came out to repair the water pressure regulator today. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He told me that he has been in business over 28 years+, which was reassuring. Old Republic Home Warranty sent him to my house. I have had a few different plumbers from there before and Jeff has been the best all around.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
