I recently hired Gino to replace my garbage disposal, and I am thrilled with the results. From the beginning, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and completed the installation quickly. He also gave me some great advice about maintenance to make the new disposal last as long as possible. Prompt response, scheduled to arrive at 8:00 the following morning and techs arrived on time.  We were having problems with our water heater, only to learn there had been a fire within the safety valves.  The techs showed us the damage and quoted us to remove the old unit and replace with a higher efficiency model.  Within hours of arrival the old unit was removed and hauled away and the new unit was installed along with a new line to replace the previous flex line that did not meet code requirements.  Excellent customer service, knowledge and response time.

Jeff did an excellent job with our outdoor plumbing issues. He explained what was needed, showed us some examples of similar work that he completed and did the work promptly and professionally.

They also text you when the tech is in route , with a real time map to track time of arrival which is very helpful.

Another great experience! Had a lot of work done by Lawson a month or so ago. Recently, my new toilet got clogged and my plunger wasn't fixing it. Called my trusted plumber and they came out the same day. They could have charged me for the call but didn't!! They do treat you like family and don't try to nickel and dime you!! I will always call Lawson!!

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC. Absolutely amazing customer service, the Family in Howard Family Plumbing definitely means something!! No pushy sales, the explaining in detail over what they're servicing is absolutely amazing! Super friendly, they were exactly on time and cheaper than the last guys who made me feel uncomfortable! Never switching from this company ever again!

Refused receipt.  Charged $270 and spent 35 minutes changing out three toilet fill valves.  I already had the fill valve kits... installation only.  Had me pay by Zelle...

We had a slab leak and we were not impressed with the initial plumbing company we hired. We got our second opinion and are very happy with the work done by Brian. During the process 2 other leaks were found in the same area and he was able to repair those as well. The company was responsive, communication was good, and I felt confidence in their knowledge. I would recommend them and plan to use them
for future plumbing needs.

Tracked down replacement part & install was done within 48hr of estimate appointment. Total cost parts & labor less than many other initial quotes I got back via Yelp estimate message requests.

Our experience with Diamondback Air was great!!  The owner of the company, John, and his technician, Julian, came out to our house the same day we called them.  Their prices are very reasonable, and they are professional and helpful.  Diamondback Air got our A/C back up and running much more quickly and at a significantly better price than other estimates we received.  We are very impressed with their company and will definitely be repeat customers in the future.  Thank you, Diamondback Air!!

I had Forest and his team replace a garbage disposer, secure a loose toilet, and check tub drains.  He was quick and professional, and did a good job.  I definitely recommend him.
