I called S3 Plumbing after noticing my water heater was leaking.  Sultan was at my home within 30 minutes!  Very professional, and good at communicating all the issues I was having.  I needed to have my water heater replace, and he returned 45 minutes later with a new one.  Installation was done quickly and he left the worksite cleaner than when I arrived.  I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on items and services I didn't need.   He has since check with me to make sure everything was working properly.  I will definitely be call Sultan back for all my future plumbing needs.

I recently hired Gino to replace my garbage disposal, and I am thrilled with the results. From the beginning, his professionalism and expertise were evident. I just hate hiring professionals to do a job because I just feel like I'm going to get a high bill for POOR labor ... HOWEVER, the Lawson Family Plumbing was a welcome change for me ... the plumber, Paul, listened to me and explained in detail what would need done and what didn't need to be done ... then he told me exactly what the cost would be to the penny ... Paul completed each task and I inspected his work and it was done perfectly ... Everything was done completely and thoroughly with no exceptions ... the price was more than fair (Thank You) and the work Paul did was Grade A First Class all the way, Paul was great, Thank you Sir ... To be honest the Lawson Family Plumbing is my go to plumbing company now ... their pricing is extremely fair and the quality of work is above reproach ... They treated me like, well - family and that felt good - Thank you LFP ... I'll be back for sure ... JOB WELL DONE!

My water softener wouldn't shut itself off. I turned it off manually and I started calling around and made an appointment with this company to come fix it. I was surprised when they said they could come out right away. Brian arrived on time.

He went outside to check on the softener and said everything is working fine and couldn't replicate the problem. He said there was no need to replace but that the models have come down in cost considerably so wouldn't be nearly the investment if I needed one in the future.

While he was out I was going to have him change my RO whole house systems filters. My RO system is old and the last company that came out broke an expensive piece trying to get the filter off. Brian suggested testing the water first before changing the filters to make sure the filters actually needed to be changed. He tested the water and it came back fine confirming that the filters didn't need to be replaced. Brian suggested testing the water again in a few months and replacing when needed.

After all this I asked him what I owed him. He didn't fix anything but spent 45 minutes at my house and I thought surely there'd be a service fee. Nope! He said to give him a call in the future if I needed anything. You don't find businesses like this anymore. I can't say enough nice things about Brian. I'm very grateful

Honest and hard working. I supported this small business upon recommendation of a friend and I'm extremely happy that I did. Dan was responsive prior to my appointment, communicated his arrival time, was prompt and explained everything prior to the work being completed. Highly recommend!

I had Erik of CTR Plumbing come out to replace the filters of an R/O system I'd had installed by another fairly well known company.  While Erik was working on the filters he noticed we only had a line running to the refrigerator, and not one to the sink.  He asked why this was, and I told him that it was because the original worker who installed the system seemed very nervous about drilling through my granite, which in turn made me nervous, so we didn't have it done.  We'd just lived with the slow filtered water pressure from the dispenser on our fridge.  Erik assured me this was an easy fix for someone who knew how to do it, so we had him drill through the granite and install a spigot right there at the faucet.  He did a fantastic job, and it's been so wonderful to be able to fill up water bottles, pots, and the dog's bowl at the sink instead of the fridge.

While he worked, Erik was friendly and offered to answer any plumbing questions I had.  I mentioned that our water heater had gone out 3 different times in the 5 years we'd lived in the house.   Even though it was currently working fine, he offered to take a look at it, and discovered our water softener wasn't grounded correctly, and suggested that might be contributing to the water heater failing.  We had him fix this as well, something none of the other plumbers had looked for or noticed before while replacing the broken water heaters.

Erik went above and beyond my expectations.  His work was fantastic and I will definitely call him again when we need an honest experienced plumber.

We had a very positive experience.  They were professional , helpful and knowledgeable. They were very prompt in getting someone to our house, they wore masks, and diagnosed and resolved our issues.  We will definitely call them again when we have any problems.

We had a broken gate valve in the off position.  We called and Bradley was able to arrive within the hour.  

Professional, personable, respectful and honorable are just a few words of how I would describe him.  Another gentleman accompanied him (Frank).  Frank did a great job soldering the valve back on. Very clean.  In conversation I learned Frank was a veteran, thank you for your service!  My family appreciates your sacrifice. God bless our veterans.

Price was very fair!

We're building a new home in Apache Junction.  We had one local plumber ghost us after taking a deposit.  After reading the reviews for Second Opinion Plumbing I called them to see if they could install a 500' main water line to our home.  From my first contact with them I knew that I'd found a good solution to our problem.  Brian and his team were all friendly, informative and efficient in their work.  Brian walked me through the installation and educated me on the parts he was using and why.  Not only were Brian and his team timely with their service they were incredibly reliable - which was important to me.  Second Opinion Plumbing will be the first and only company I call for any future plumbing needs!  Thanks for your assistance on our new home project!

I had them install a new system which I love. I had a few issues recently with access to the attic however Mark and his partner came and solved the zip tie issue that prevented me from using my attic opening. Over all I am once again with the service.

Forrest was really friendly and nice. I had a concern that the new toilet might not fit into my small bathroom and he came out to measure it the very next day before going to Lowe's and finding one that fit perfectly. He made this entire process of exchanging a toilet into a very easy experience. He and his team did great work and I 100% recommend to any of my friends and family.
