I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

We've had Hays come out to inspect/tune up our unit for a few years, and this time when their tech Jered came out he explained the condition of our aging unit and we elected to replace it. The arrangements were straightforward and the installation date was quickly scheduled. The installation techs Jordan and Dustin arrived at the designated time promptly, and worked efficiently with a professional end result. Our new unit is working very well. I am confident in recommending this company.

We needed our clean outs plugged as they were missing caps and bugs were getting in as well as our AC run off pipe extended into the rocks. Receptionist was friendly and I was able to get a quick appointment. Anthony, our technician, arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He educated us on how to properly maintain our drains and answered our water softener questions regarding a future install. Service was timely and the price was great. Very pleased with the service from Erik and his team! Would definitely recommend to others for all their plumbing needs!

The return of customer service!!

I called S3 Plumbing after noticing my water heater was leaking.  Sultan was at my home within 30 minutes!  Very professional, and good at communicating all the issues I was having.  I needed to have my water heater replace, and he returned 45 minutes later with a new one.  Installation was done quickly and he left the worksite cleaner than when I arrived.  I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on items and services I didn't need.   He has since check with me to make sure everything was working properly.  I will definitely be call Sultan back for all my future plumbing needs.

Reddi Services were able to come out the same day that we called. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We had Marco Prieto. come out to our house to look at our shower drain which wouldn't drain properly. He was quick, efficient, friendly and informative. The services were charged at a very reasonable rate. And honestly, were just super stoked to take a shower without standing in 6 inches of water. Hallelujah'!

Tony is the man! Came to see our (pretty gnarly) plumbing situation, got us a very fair quote, and was back a couple days later to do the work. It was a pretty big job and Tony did a great job of keeping me informed and walking me through what he was doing, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again if we need plumbing help and I would highly recommend them overall

Brian Brown went above and beyond when i just bought a new reverse osmosis system from his company.  And he's a great guy to boot. Very intelligent. This is the company you want for reverse osmosis.

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

We called Dan at Anchor Plumbing for a leaking PTrap under our kitchen sink. He answered our call immediately and came right when he told us and fixed the problem quickly.  He was knowledgeable and efficient and his rate was very reasonable.  Dan was personable and did a great job and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing Plumbing Assistance!

Like I wrote before , the guy is never on time, and I always have to clean up after him. He ate lunch and left all his garbage there on the floor.

Eric is a fantastic plumber! We have used him many many times over the years. He has answered the phone at 6 in the morning when our basement sump pump stopped working during a rain storm and was at our house within the hour fixing the problem knee deep in water! He saved our basement from flooding! He has changed out our water heaters, fixed toilet issues and numerous other plumbing issues over the years. He is friendly, reliable, and affordable compared to most companies. If you need someone to talk to he's great at that too! He's a talker! (That last comment is for your kids Eric!) I highly recommend CTR plumbing to anyone.

Gerardo was very quick to diagnose the issue with our a/c. He promptly fixed the issue and explained to me what he was going to do and what exactly had gone wrong in the first place. I will definitely use AC Doctors for any future HVAC issues that we may have. Very reliable!

Great experience with everyone I've met here. Special shoutouts to Mike who has come out to our house a couple times for maintenance/diagnostics. Appreciated his fast response, timeliness, and direct answers to our questions. Also Devante who was very knowledgeable and honest. No upselling here; just an individualized common sense approach that you don't always get with other companies. Rescue Plumbing Services is such an amazing company! All the services I requested was completed in such a professional manner. I needed the shutoff valve replaced in the bathroom sink, the plumbing under the sink and the faucet replaced. I was trying to DIY it myself, but failed. They were here in no time and corrected and completed the work with no issues and in a timely manner. I was so pleased with their work I then requested a shower head replacement, kitchen water shutoff valves replacement, under kitchen sink plumbing, water filter install, garbage disposal install and dishwasher install. I was pleased with all the work completed! I love that when you call, Yolanda is always able to accommodate the date and time for the service. Enrique is very professional with his work. I definitely recommend their service to anyone who needs plumbing services! My sister needed plumbing services and I recommended them to her; she was also very pleased with their service. I called Lawson first thing in the morning to have them come to my house after discovering water coming into my house at 3am from an unknown spot.  They sent Jason out to my house (he was awesome) by 1pm the same day.  He was quickly able to discern the problem and didn't charge me since he discovered the source of the leak right away.  He promptly explained everything that was going on, showing me pictures of the piping in the attic to explain the problem.  I got a reasonable quote for the repair work via email within 10 minutes of him leaving my house.  I would highly recommend Lawson, they were prompt, courteous, and easy to work with.

I needed to have a new cold supply line and shutoff valve replaced on my water heater. I called around and felt comfortable with King's responsiveness.
