Best Sump Pump Installation in Mesa AZ
Stephen came out within a couple hours of my call to troubleshoot a fritzy water heater. Turned out to be a blown-out pilot light, which was a quick fix. I asked if he'd be willing to take a look at a couple other small plumbing issues we were having in the house, and he was very helpful with both of those too. Wound up replacing the drain hose from the dishwasher to fix a persistent stink, worked like a charm. Reasonable rates, quality work, recommended.

Chris did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend him - he is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and personable. We had an urgent situation -- a water leak!! I phoned him shortly after noon yesterday, and he came over that evening and fixed the problem! Our water heater blew on Mother's Day. Having been unsatisfied with our contracted plumbing service, I placed a request on Angie's List. Rich, the owner, was the first to respond. Our initial interaction was via text. He asked me a series of questions, as well as requested pictures to assess the situation. He took the time on a Sunday night to answer a litany of questions regarding the benefits of a tankless water heater.
After taking the evening to think about our options, I called him the next morning to discuss next steps. His pricing was fair, his associate, Jason, arrived on time, and he completed the work within the timeframe quoted at the beginning of the job. The work was clean and the end result met expectations.

Left me in a bit of a bad position on a Friday.
Called around 9a in the morning and didn't get a call back until 11a to discuss the electrical issue I am having with my cooling system. He asked for a photo but due to work I couldn't get one but told him I would. He explained he had time on Saturday and could help out. I had some cabling that needed to be done as well which he advertising he can do. When I lately sent him a photo of my circuit breaker that HE REQUESTED, he informed me he can't do it because it'd be too difficult to get the parts and he hurt his right arm. While I am sorry and empathic to his injury, he could have called to inform me at least before 5pm. It is now Friday at 5:30p and I am trying to call electricians for help before the weekend but am up the river without a paddle due to the late notice from him. Additionally, I could still needed the cabling done but I guess that doesn't matter? Long story short, should have just called someone else more dependable and willing to solve the issue. Also gave me a quote of $160 to just 'access' the situation. Won't be hard to find someone better.

1. I had no idea it was a busy day and was not told it was. If I were told, I would have called other electricians as well, but I am sure you did not want to potentially loose business.
2. I do care you were injured and apologize for it as well as send my sympathy. However, you could still text and obviously post on yelp so you have the ability to communicate. Also you didn't really care about my grandmother dying until this post so that is very convenient for you.
3. On the phone you explained you needed the picture to know what you were walking into. Not if you could or could not do the job. Again probably because if you had I would have started to call other electricians.
4. It doesn't add up for you to charge a 160 dollar assessment fee to come out but can determine whether you can do the job or not from a photo? So which is it, you need to come out to access the breaker or do you need a picture?
5. I'm not an electrician so assuming I know what is wrong with my home's electrical and how 'bad' (which I own and live in now but thanks for the assumption anyway) it is was again unhelpful.
6. Your recommendation was closed after 5p so it was just the same as a restaurant pointing me to another restaurant who is closed.
7. If you want to blame this all on a former potential customer, go for it all you want. Because even if I was in a bad spot before like you said, you just made it worse by not communicating and are more concerned for your image on Yelp than customers.

I was told one price over the phone by the person who made it sound like the owner unfortunately when the technician arrived the parts and installation was more than double the wonderful price I was originally quoted. Mr. Lawson himself reached out to me and I am completely confident that the issue will be resolved to a solution that is fair to both the company as well as myself. I must add Mr. Lawson is very much a wonderful part of his company and completely hands on. I'm confident that the issue will be resolved soon. I will keep everyone updated

I plan on having this company install my water softener and a new reverse osmosis system very soon in the future most likely next week .I'm confident the next review will be of a job complete and well done

This company is responsible for my household being without hot water from 3/16/2023 to 4/14/2023.
I went through First American home warranty who unfortunately set us up with AV plumbing. They came out 3 days after my first call, tore out my hot water heater and said they'd order a new one. Chris said it would be AT MOST 7 days. I repaired some sheet rock, painted and 3 days later gave them a call to see what the status was. It had yet to be ordered. So they had it ordered, and a week later I'd still not heard anything so i called again. They claimed the warranty company scheduled the tank to be delivered to a supplier and the contractor(AV) was to pick it up from the supply house, which AV absolutely refused to do for some reason. So, the tank got shipped back to First American, and they sent a new one to AV's facility. I called the next Monday to the warranty service, and they told me their tracking information said it had been delivered to AV. I called AV and they said their parts guy wasn't in and that continued until Friday they finally found it in the back and got me scheduled for Easter Sunday. Hector installed it Easter morning, and he over tightened the gas fitting and cracked it. He said he'd order the part with one day shipping. I called Wednesday since they apparently can't communicate with customers, and they told me it was actually coming to my house and would be there Friday. It arrived Thursday morning, and I made an appointment to get it done that night. I got a call at 5 telling me they had to cancel and reschedule for the next morning.

Not long after moving in to our home we realized 2 out of 3 of our toilets were leaking. After looking for options on yelp Dustin responded immediately and was able to come out that same day, and it was a Friday. He was able to provide us a free quote/estimate for 2 options. One that would cost us less but may have the problems persist in the future (keeping old toilets and just switching out parts) and the other that was a little more money but would eliminate any future trouble (replacing with new toilets). Within a few days (Monday) the leaking got worse so we purchased the new toilets and he was out here on Wednesday to swap them out. He even hauled away the old ones for us. Dustin was so great to work with. He was quick to respond, gave us a fair price and he even helped clean up the blue mess off the bathroom floor. We will definitely be calling Phillips Plumbing Solutions for any other plumbing needs. Thanks Dustin!

He was very thorough in explaining what exactly happened, the different ways to fix it, and cost differences. He matched the price the first company gave me, AND he was able to fix it a week sooner.
This man works his butt off. This is his own company so he cares about his reputation, AND I'm all about supporting small businesses. He kept me updated via text while he was repairing it (I was at work), and even promptly returned when a second small leak sprung up after he was done. At no charge. He sadly had to dig up our nice grass, but he seemed to care about returning it back to as normal looking as possible. He cares about details.
Plumbing issues suck, but I don't feel like I got ripped off. Very comforting feeling. I hope to not need any plumbing repairs in the future, but whenever that arises, Erik will be my first phone call. Highly recommend!!!

Just had them come out to investigate a weird smell coming through our AC. Mike M. made it out first thing the next day. Very kind, professional, quick, and a clear expert. He was able to diagnose the issue and solve it within minutes. He also recommended some maintenance on our older unit that I wouldn't have known about had he not gone the extra mile to do a full systems check will up there.
