After that, he just work his mask but his shoes were clean so I did not press it.  He was very professional and accommodating. Awesome company.  Redid our water softener and R/O.  Was way cheaper than other plumbers, Culligan.  Quality as well.  No gimmicks.  Just the best. Brian who came out, Brynna on the phone, and Michael the onsite tech who did the work, all fantastic.  All questions answered.  Straight forward.

I hired them to install a kitchen faucet and flush my water heater. They were very responsive and quick to come out. The Tech called me 30 min prior to his arrival. My husband found Eric online became we were having problems with our water filtration system. He called us on Sunday to set up the appointment and was over first thing Monday morning to fix everything. My wife and I just moved into a house and we were unable to wash any clothes because the outflow of the washer wouldn't drain and would end up flooding the laundry area. Super friendly, they were exactly on time and cheaper than the last guys who made me feel uncomfortable! Never switching from this company ever again!

We used these guys this week to replace are shut valve for the washing machine and the service was outstanding. We will use them again for any plumbing repairs. I reached out Tuesday(7/25/23) and they were here within hours to see what was going on and gave me a quote. The price was very reasonable, the communication was there and the work was performed on time. Will is the gentleman I worked with during the process and he was very professional and patient. We had some hick- ups on are end and had to reschedule. He was understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. I'd recommend them to family and friends!

Levi and the crew are as good as it gets when it comes to customer service and quality work.  Always honest, informative, and very reliable.  We just did a complete overhaul of our home plumbing and water systems. It wasn't an easy job due to the age of the home and an attic with zero ventilation. There was also work to be done with the natural gas, pipes to move. Junior, the technician, worked tirelessly to make sure our home was left upgraded and safe. And he always did so with a smile even while making countless trips up into our oven of an attic. Absolute professional. Can't say enough about these guys, I'll never use another company for plumbing and AC needs, which they also took care of for us.  Give them a call, they'll take care of you!

Trevor was awesome. He installed a water softener and RO system at our new home build. Prior to our appointment, Trevor was communicative via text and answered all our questions. During the appointment, he was on time, reliable, and did not rush through the install. He needed additional parts and took it upon himself to make the trip to the nearest Home Depot and did not charge us additional for the extra parts. He cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess.
