Best Reverse Osmosis System Installation in Mesa AZ

These guys did a great job. I was pretty disheartened after a competitor left me high-and-dry for a water softener and RO install, not even bothering to call to tell me he wouldn't be able to make the appointment. So, I called to see if they could squeeze me in at late notice. About an hour later, they had me booked for the following day!

Once on-site, they arrived in masks and were quick to get started. I was good to go in about two-hours.

I'll just add the majority of the players in this industry are a step above used-car salespeople, at least from what I experienced. These guys were total pros in comparison. Thanks!

Steve was the second plumber we called for an emergency situation. The first never called or showed.
Steve came out late on a Saturday, for which I was incredibly grateful. He was very communicative from the beginning, efficient, reliable, and fixed the issue with ease.

The return of customer service!!

I called S3 Plumbing after noticing my water heater was leaking.  Sultan was at my home within 30 minutes!  Very professional, and good at communicating all the issues I was having.  I needed to have my water heater replace, and he returned 45 minutes later with a new one.  Installation was done quickly and he left the worksite cleaner than when I arrived.  I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on items and services I didn't need.   He has since check with me to make sure everything was working properly.  I will definitely be call Sultan back for all my future plumbing needs.

I had a problem with a reverse osmosis unit purchased from a different company. It took Allegiance Checks or visits to find the problem. The first visit Was a Scheduled maintenance call to replace the filters. After that, the RO unit was not filling up properly and so I did not have as much water as I should have.  Dave in the office, and John and Eloy, the technicians, were extremely accommodating and professional.  The subsequent service calls were not charged for. Allegiance did this as a courtesy. They were more interested in serving the customer and solving the problem than financial gain. If you need any kind of plumbing services I highly, highly recommend this company.

Complete Water Systems did a great job for me. I got a clear estimate, which is not always clear with others. Brenna in the office was so helpful. I had to change a couple of times and all I got was, no problem.
Michael installed a new toilet, picked it up for me, took away the old one. The work was perfect and he's a very nice, professional guy.
Won't hesitate calling again the next time something comes up.

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

I initially had to work with Jayson to get the work done the right way. I should have known at that time that I should have gone with another plumber.  A little over a year later I am having the same isssue. I have been communicating with Jayson and Cure All Plumbing trying to get the work done properly but they refuse to stand by their work. I highly recommend selecting another plumbing company to work with.

You HAVE to use this company. I don't say this lightly.

Summary: extraordinary service, goes WELL above and beyond what I would consider any other plumber would do, fair pricing, ridiculously fast response time (less then 2 hours my case). I could not recommend this company more highly.

Experience: Our water heater was not working. He came out promptly and diagnose the problem as having a bad thermostat and a burned out wire and set out on the repair for a reasonable price. Once he started the repair he realized the the wire had fried all the way back behind the insulation and was toast.  It was under warranty so he gave us the info on how to get it set up at Home Depot and he would pick it up and only charge for picking up and installation. Very long story but GE's warranty policy lacks customer service. He ended up getting a refund because they no longer carry GE and the refund didn't cover the cost of the equivalent in the brand they now have($100 difference). So, he went to his supplier and got the brand that Home Depot carried, in the professional series, for the cost of our refund.  All of this while only charging as close as he could to the original quote. Ridiculous customer service. He shared that he trains plumbers. Rare trifecta. Exemplary service, high expertise, and reasonable pricing. And did I say extremely fast response time. Call this guy!

We had a great experience with this company. From my first interaction with the receptionist to the individual who came to my home, Joe- everyone was very friendly and helpful. It is always frustrating running into plumbing issues, but Lawson family was quick, honest, and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them.

A simple changing of the tub spout because water wasn't making it to the showerhead became a big problem leak.  Second Opinion Plumbing was easy to reach, came out and offered me exactly what I needed - to fix the problem rather than getting into a major remodel situation.
