The price was fair and the men were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in their services for us   They installed a new Faucet outside and cleaned out a slow drain in a master bath. They deserve 5 stars !!

Great service, fast response and identified the problem correctly. They also suggested a few other items to fix to prevent future damage to my house but wasn't a pushy salesman at the same time. Thank you Mike!

Mike came out to fix an outside faucet. This company was professional and quick to respond. He was honest and fair! Which can be a rare trait in today's day and age. I will 100% be reaching out again for any future services!

Fantastic!  Had a slow drip from my tub/shower unit.  Read the previous yelp comment and liked the response.  When I called he immediately answered and had me on the schedule the next day.  He was exceptional!  Honest, thorough and very knowledgeable.  He gave me several options and was upfront and honest about the repair.  He told me, I always put myself in the homeowners position and ask myself what would I do? Definitely going to use Stellar Plumbing moving forward.  So happy I finally found a reliable plumber.

In an emergency situation and get voice mail saying if this is an emergency press one.  Obviously I did and it just repeats the message.  Plumbing is not a 9 to 5 job!  If you cant be available when a customer needs you, I wont ever become your customer.

Our water heater conked out and leaked all over the floor. I called a friend who had just had his replaced and repaired by 1-800-Plummer + Air. He highly recommended them. I called and within 30 minutes my call was returned and within another 30 minutes they were at the house! Garrett was wonderful! No hard sell. Water heater was replaced same day. Could not be more pleased with this company!

I usually don't write reviews on Yelp, but I was so unhappy with the customer service. We were told that someone would come between 11am-1pm to fix our AC unit. My sister had to go to work at 12, so I stayed home to wait for someone over. Then at 9:26, I get a call saying that they were running late and that they were going to come around noon. Then at 2, she calls and says that he was running late and that he was going to get food before coming over. He doesn't get here until 3:13. I have to leave the house by 3:30 to get to work. This whole time I'm waiting in a 93 degree house. I then called my sister who spoke to someone over the phone about the situation because I had to leave in 15 minutes. The woman whom we both spoke on the phone with was completely rude to the both of us. We both felt that she gave us attitude when we did nothing wrong; it was their fault. She told us that we weren't the only ones with a broken AC and they were trying to get to everyone. I do not understand how someone can be so late to an appointment; their company specializes in this type of work. If they knew the technician coming to our house was running late, they should have sent someone else within the time frame they have given us. I then I had to leave for work and the technician said that he could work on the AC unit without me their and I could lock up the house and leave. I did not want to risk coming home after work to a hot house, so my sister had to leave work and come home and make sure everything was fixed okay.

The technician fixed our AC unit and now it works fine. But the customer service was completely awful. Since we rent the home we live in, our landlord was the one who called the company and set everything up. If something were to go wrong with our house again, I would ask our landlord to use different company. I do not want to deal with this again.

The entire crew from Jared and Cody were polite, profession and extremely neat in there work. They diagnosed the sewer line problem, after a very quick response. They showed the blockage on their camera scope, and, the damage done by roots growing in the line. They gave us two options. We choose to replace the damaged section. After they dug up the damaged section, they re-lined the sewer line and they replaced the landscaping, like they were never here. We would definitely use them again.

Called Zest plumbing as I had a back up in the drain from the washing machine. They quickly diagnosed the problem all for a fair price and started work the next morning. They were efficient, polite, and when they were done, everything was cleaned up immaculately.
I would highly recommend this company.

The return of customer service!!

I called S3 Plumbing after noticing my water heater was leaking.  Sultan was at my home within 30 minutes!  Very professional, and good at communicating all the issues I was having.  I needed to have my water heater replace, and he returned 45 minutes later with a new one.  Installation was done quickly and he left the worksite cleaner than when I arrived.  I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on items and services I didn't need.   He has since check with me to make sure everything was working properly.  I will definitely be call Sultan back for all my future plumbing needs.

Oh man all I have to say is it's great when the plumber comes to the job site prepared and ready to fix your issue!  My toilet started leaking profusely at 4pm the day I moved in and of course getting a plumber at the end of the day is near impossible but to get one first thing in the morning is a godsent.  Thank you Apple Plumbing for making it easy.

Showed up on time. Very professional and friendly. They have good prices and did not try to rip me off.  The plumber was very knowledgeable and fixed a few issues we had and the work was very clean. I will definitely use Plumbing 2.0 again for all future plumbing needs.

I have been using Option One Plumbing for several years personally and professionally as a real estate agent. They did a full sewer replacement on my personal property as well as numerous miscellaneous plumbing jobs. I have referred Option One to my clients, both buyers and sellers, and received positive feedback from all of them. The two technicians I work with consistently are Andrew and Robert. Andrew is always professional, considerate and listens to your concerns and questions. If he encounters a situation he is not familiar with or wants a confirmation that his approach is correct, he will get on the phone with Robert, his supervisor, or another colleague. This builds confidence in me that the job is being done right the first time. Robert brings a level of knowledge, skill and direction to the jobs. He is great at overcoming challenges and his communication with the client is honest and transparent. In the years I've worked with Option One, I have never felt like they dishonestly diagnosed a job for their benefit to make more money. I will continue building and maintaining my relationship with Option One plumbing today and moving forward.

I called them before 9:30a for a small leak in our tenants water heater. NOT AN EMERGENCY!! By 10:30 their tech called me with his findings and the cost.  He had time right then to purchase the tank and install the same day!! Job complete within a few short hours!! I was very happy with the results!  I would recommend their services any time!!

So this is the fourth time I have used Scott and reliable rooter. They have done a shower valve, front water gate valve, a clogged cleanout, and now replaced my washer valves. Diego, the technician most recently, was awesome and came out on  Friday afternoon at 4pm to help with my washing machine valves. My machine had died the day before, and when replacing it with my new one, my valves started leaking water due to being original gate valves and old. I was going to have to shut the water off to my whole house to stop the leaking, and called Reliable since I had used them before. They were lifesavers, and I highly recommend Reliable Rooter. They are normal guys, not pretentious, and no $70k pickup pulls up to quote the job. Good value, good work, solid value. They charged my 90 y.o. Mom $1,400.00 to replace 2 bathroom faucets, which they stated would cost $200/each because they are all brass faucets. They also replaced a valve underneath each sink. They were there approximately 2 hrs. They did not leave any paperwork, but charged my Mom $1,400.00. So I must assume that they charged approximately $400 for parts & $500 an hour for labor. Are plumbers now receiving $500 an hour? Wow, this seem excessive and I feel she was overcharged.
