ReddiServices took my late afternoon call on Friday, when we realized that our toilets and showers were stopped up, which was something of a problem with all the kids and their friends home.  Pepe arrived after dark, and did what he could to restore our plumbing.  Unable to go on the roof in the dark, he was back right on time on Saturday morning, and fixed everything.  We have a septic tank, with a strange piping system, so it was more difficult than necessary.  Pepe was professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything he did clearly.  The pricing was fair, and we appreciate Pepe's great service.

I've been using this company for years now on both mine and my mom's house. They just got done replacing the A/C system on my mom's house today. As always the service was beyond amazing and faster than I expected. The installers, Patrick, And of course Jay where professional and courteous. They made this huge task painless. I actually was glad to cut that check knowing that I won't have any problems for years to come.

We came home from a trip to a 93° house this afternoon. Eek! We found A/C Doctors on Yelp and gave them a call. They were here 5 hours later and helped us get up and running. Amazing response time and a fantastic tech came by at the earliest part of the repair window, and on a Sunday, no less! Highly recommend!

Robert and Rene came out to install the new A/C unit yesterday. They were very professional and courteous. They explained everything what they were doing to make sure I was aware. They cleaned up everything after the installation. They also showed me how to use the system properly and maintenance tips.  I had estimates for the job from 4 different companies and went with AZ Dukes. The whole process went extremely well from getting the quote from Rafael to scheduling for installation by Christy.

I called Farnsworth because they were the installers and the unit was under warranty.  I called them on Sunday and was told someone would come out on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and no call and no show.  I called back Wednesday and was told someone would be out Thursday after 3:00. At 2:00 I received a Voicemail saying Joe was at my house and we didn't answer.  My wife was home and our security cameras showed the tech went to my side gate, walked back to his van and left.  Didn't even step foot on my driveway. ‍
