I just had a RO system installed today. The office was efficiant and organized. They verified and reminded me as well. Matt was informative and patient with all my questions. Of particular interest was an additional step added to the system that boosts the alkalinity after filtration which addressed my main concern with Reverse Osmosis. Matt installed the system the same day which saved us another appointment although I'm sure that is not always an option.

It is easy to recommend these folks and I will likely have them do a whole house system next.

I was extremely impressed by Dominic Hall.  He was timely, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.  As someone responsible for hiring throughout most of my career, I know what a good, loyal employee looks like, and that is Dominic.  Also, just dealing with Reddi generally was a treat, and reasonably priced.

Highly recommend.  Dominic gives me hope in the younger generation.  I hope Reddi takes great care of him, because any competitor would be extremely lucky to have him.

My experience with this company was a home run from the start. I needed a gas line installed in my kitchen. I have been calling plumbers for a week and each one either sounded annoyed or bothered that I contacted them. When I called The Cooling & Plumbing Co. the owner answers the phone and he sounds excited that you called. He quickly answered all my questions and booked an appointment with me that week. On the day of the project, they not only showed up on time, they were early. The work was done quickly and the two guys who did the installation were friendly, made no mess and completed the job quickly. Fair prices and stellar work. They will be the only company I call in the future.

Amazing amazing amazing!  We had a huge back up and they responded fast!  They were so polite and efficient. Zac was great scheduling and Randy was fabulous. They were excellent using Covid precautions. Highly recommend them!

I used Dukes of Air for an for an AC install. These guys were great from Laura at the office, Rob the Sale Rep and Manny, Luis, Freddy, Beta and Danny with the install. Great service from top to bottom. I will be using the Dukes for all my future A/C needs.

We ordered a unit through NewACUnit.com we had Farnsworth come out and do the initial inspection.  They quoted us additional charges to ensure the Unit was to code and would not give us issues, they also explained WHY these changes were needed unlike the 2 other very reputable companies did not!  We have 2 units but were only going to replace 1 since it was not in the budget.  They worked with us and got the second unit 500 less than NewAcunit and great financing.  Within a week they were out and replaced both units in the single day.  They were efficient and tidy.  We were beyond pleased with their work and the experience!  We have recommended them to our friends and neighbors.

They stood me up TWICE! The 1st time they called to say they would be later than 3pm. I asked them to speak with the tech and find out how much later they would be then call me back. They never called. Because I wanted to use my last free check up I called and scheduled another appointment. Stood up again! They aren't even worth free! 2 days wasted waiting for them! Never again! Would give 0 stars if allowed!
