Called up Beach Plumbing when I gave up on replacing a water heater myself. After working all day I realized I was in over my head. Mike was over in no time and quickly told me what needed to be done. He went to work and got it hooked up and I feel so much better that it was done right, and by a professional.  Thank you so much, and for coming over on a Saturday night, so our family staying with us on vacation could shower. Dale is one of the best contractors I could luckily find.  He is a honest guy who not only can to it all but also do it well with an unbelievable lower price.  Recently,  Dale completed replacing our 20 year old shower trim, angle stops and supply lines for all our 4 sinks and repaired a few leaking faucets with less than half the price the plumbing companies quoted.  He also fixed the stuck door that other contractors said it should be replaced.  Dale is busy and I have waited for about 10 days to get his service, but it's well worth the wait because I understand the better contractors are always in high demand. I will definitely use Dale for all our repair needs in the future, and I highly recommend Dale for all your house repair needs.

We were referred to Trevor and his crew by our realtor. These guys (Trevor, Jay and Jeff) did a fantastic job! They completely remodeled our kitchen, master bath and redid our fire place. These men are a group of professionals that are skilled in all aspects of construction. We trusted (and I am a former cop) these group of men during the many times we were out of the house. They are not only professional but they are personable and go beyond to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. Our water heater blew on Mother's Day. Having been unsatisfied with our contracted plumbing service, I placed a request on Angie's List. Rich, the owner, was the first to respond. Our initial interaction was via text. He asked me a series of questions, as well as requested pictures to assess the situation. He took the time on a Sunday night to answer a litany of questions regarding the benefits of a tankless water heater.

After taking the evening to think about our options, I called him the next morning to discuss next steps. His pricing was fair, his associate, Jason, arrived on time, and he completed the work within the timeframe quoted at the beginning of the job. The work was clean and the end result met expectations.

I called S3 Plumbing after noticing my water heater was leaking.  Sultan was at my home within 30 minutes!  Very professional, and good at communicating all the issues I was having.  I needed to have my water heater replace, and he returned 45 minutes later with a new one.  Installation was done quickly and he left the worksite cleaner than when I arrived.  I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on items and services I didn't need.   He has since check with me to make sure everything was working properly.  I will definitely be call Sultan back for all my future plumbing needs.

Discovered a water leak inside my garage wall which required shutting off the water. Called Reddi Services after reviewing them on Angie's List and spoke to Ken at 10:30 am. Ken checked the service area and said that he could have someone out after 2pm today. I received a text confirming the appointment.  At 4pm, after not hearing anything, I again called and spoke to Ken. He assured me that someone would be out today. At 6 pm I received a call from Lori informing me that I was outside of the service area and no one would be coming out. I told her that I spoke to Ken twice and he assured me that I was scheduled today. She said that she didn't have the authority to schedule someone. I requested that she contact the manager, Chase G. and have him call me tonight. No call from Chase - what a surprised!
I highly recommend not using this company.

I spoke with Gabe at 9:00 AM on Saturday morning about fixing a light on a dimmer switch that suddenly would not turn on. He was at another job but assured me he would call as soon as he knew what time he could come to me. He called around 11:30 and was at my home in 15 minutes. He did a fabulous job trouble-shooting what I had thought would be a simple fix. It took time and determination and I'm thrilled that my light is fixed at a very reasonable price for all the time and effort that was involved. I found Gabe through Yelp and once again am thrilled with the results. His business card details so many things that he is able to repair and/or replace. I will certainly call him with any future electrical, phone or internet needs that I may have.

These dudes are AWESOME!!  We've had them at our house 3 times (must mean we like them). First time was because I put in for a quote on Thumbtack for replacing the Pressure Vacuum Breaker on the front of our house.  THEY WERE THE ONLY PLUMBER TO ACTUALLY SHOW UP TO THE HOUSE OUT OF 5 PLUMBERS!  The of course got the job!

A couple of months later we did some renos at our house and thought that installing a toilet would be cake, and we were wrong.  Got one in, but the other one had a rusted out flange, which we quickly realized that we did not know how to fix and neither did anybody at Home Depot.  ASAP Plumbing to the rescue!  It's so shocking how quickly they show up when you call!  It's like they want your business, and being a business owner myself I know exactly how important clients are!  They came over, replaced the flange, and were even going to put the new toilet on that we had already purchased, but low and behold the dang thing didn't fit. Even though he had put the whole toilet together and tried to install it, he didn't charge us a thing when it didn't fit.  He totally didn't have to do that!

The last time we had them over we had an emergency!  The water main coming into our house from the street had sprung a leak!  The yard had started to spout water puddles near the house so they came right out and the next day they replaced the whole underground line without having to dig up the entire yard.  Talk about impressed!  I was so afraid they were going to have to dig up the whole nicely landscaped front yard, but instead, just dug out a little at both ends of the pipe and had this cool tunneling device that followed along the length of the old pipe underground!  How cool is that!  They even said the new pex pipe is guaranteed for 50 years!  They even had a landscaper along to make everything beautiful when they were done.  How awesome is that!  You couldn't even tell they had been there!  Now let me ask you, how much do you think something like that would cost?  I thought it was going to be a fortune!  Was I glad when the final bill was under $950!  Amazing.  

We will be using ASAP for all our plumbing and my real estate business and my clients! I guarantee!

Elijah explained everything.  He was efficient and made things very easy.   From figuring out our issues to estimating cost he was proficient in all.    Setting up the appointment was the only drawback as it took 8 days for them to finally come out after the initial call.   However, the appointment was not rushed, as he was very thorough.   So I felt like waiting that long was secondary to the service I was provided.   Thanks Elijah!
