My attempt at a DIY bathroom Vanity plumbing job turned out to be a bit more difficult than expected, my bathroom had the original plumbing from when the house was built 25 yrs ago and what was to be a maximum of a 2 hour job started to turn into a 3 hr....then 4...etc frustration.  With the water turned off to my entire home it was becoming detrimental to the rest of my family so I gave up and had to call someone hoping for a same day job.   So...with my injured pride I knew this was going to cost me as I've used big corporate plumbers in the past, but this time I was looking for someone who was local in hopes of getting someone over ASAP!  I came across Beach Plumbing and crossed my fingers...Thank goodness I did.  I spoke with Michael who at the time was working a job in Tempe who said he would see who he had available and would call me back, within the hour it was Michael himself who came to address my plumbing nightmare.   Michael was very friendly and had all the right tools to address the mess I had made, I was nervously awaiting the quote to do the work however when he told me the cost It was significantly lower than anticipated, I did not hesitate to say YES! Do it! Michael replaced all the old plumbing with new valves and lines in less than an hour as well as installed my new faucets!  I will most definitely call  Beach Plumbing again and is now my #1 go to in my address book, I highly recommend Beach Plumbing.  Thank you Michael!!

Got Dale of Yelp.  He was fantastic.  Did all sorts of odds and ends that had been needing fixing for quite some time.  Some complicated, some easy.  He was wonderful.  Very professional.  All the jobs he did turned out fantastic.  Reasonably priced.  Will definitely use him again.

We were referred to Trevor and his crew by our realtor. These guys (Trevor, Jay and Jeff) did a fantastic job! They completely remodeled our kitchen, master bath and redid our fire place. These men are a group of professionals that are skilled in all aspects of construction. We trusted (and I am a former cop) these group of men during the many times we were out of the house. They are not only professional but they are personable and go beyond to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Our water heater blew on Mother's Day. Having been unsatisfied with our contracted plumbing service, I placed a request on Angie's List. Rich, the owner, was the first to respond. Our initial interaction was via text. He asked me a series of questions, as well as requested pictures to assess the situation. He took the time on a Sunday night to answer a litany of questions regarding the benefits of a tankless water heater.

After taking the evening to think about our options, I called him the next morning to discuss next steps. His pricing was fair, his associate, Jason, arrived on time, and he completed the work within the timeframe quoted at the beginning of the job. The work was clean and the end result met expectations.

I called S3 Plumbing after noticing my water heater was leaking.  Sultan was at my home within 30 minutes!  Very professional, and good at communicating all the issues I was having.  I needed to have my water heater replace, and he returned 45 minutes later with a new one.  Installation was done quickly and he left the worksite cleaner than when I arrived.  I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on items and services I didn't need.   He has since check with me to make sure everything was working properly.  I will definitely be call Sultan back for all my future plumbing needs.

I recently hired Gino to replace my garbage disposal, and I am thrilled with the results. From the beginning, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and completed the installation quickly. He also gave me some great advice about maintenance to make the new disposal last as long as possible. I highly recommend him for his exceptional service.

Post is late but I had to give a shout out to my families hero Chris G. who saved us from having another HOT and sleepless night.  Chris G. came out to my house after my family and I had suffered through the heat during the first heat wave.  Our A/C was barely blowing out any air but it was cool just Not enough and it was over 114 degrees outside and 93 inside my house and after a week of this we couldn't take it any more.  I called shortly after getting home from work and Chris came out and worked on our A/C in the dark and saved my family from spending another hot and sleepless night.  The A/C has been working just fine and my nights have been cool and peaceful and the $$ I spent was worth every penny!  Kudos to Chris G.

Gabe responded to my quote request within minutes. He was able to diagnose my washer the same day, on a Sunday too!, and had us up and running / washing our clothes again in no time!

I have an Admiral washing machine (made by Whirlpool) and have owned it about eight years. It has worked hard over the years and has never failed us. The washer was stuck with the drum full of water and would not go into the rinse cycle, nor drain. Thankfully Gabe quickly diagnosed it as an electrical and motor problem and was able to fix it quickly.

Extremely professional and all work was completed beyond my expectations. He demonstrated complete honesty, showing me the broken parts, gave me the part numbers, and showed me the prices online, from third party part suppliers. Not once did he try to up-sell me or mark up the prices.

We have been in AZ for the past 4 years,  and went through many mediocre to lousy plumbing companies.
our water heater that we have bought from another company and was 3 month old was not working, the original company APS gave us the run around and wanted us to call the warranty company to come out to have it fixed, till a friend of ours recommended Lawson Family plumpbing, what a surprise, from the moment they answered the phone to scheduling the appointment, for the next morning, the tech Kevin was  so friendly and kind and patient, diagnosed the problem and had it solved at no time, saving us hassle and expense.

Very courteous and reliable. I've had a garbage disposal and a toilet repaired and they are very service oriented. Said they would be at my house between 8am and 9am. He was there at 8:03am. That's service. Robert was very professional as well. He explained everything he was doing which is awesome!  They do not take credit cards only cash or check. Don't let that discourage you. This company is great!

Why do faucets only irreparably malfunction and shoot geysers of steaming hot water all over the bathroom at 8:30 pm? The same reason why your transmission self-destructs two weeks after its warranty expires: because it can.

One phone call to George Brazil's 24-hour central number, and they hooked me up with a plumber who was a) friendly b) polite c) honest and d) not skeevy, and he was at my place within an hour. Even with the $125 after-hours fee, the bill was surprisingly reasonable. Awesome! I would call these guys again in a heartbeat, should my toilet explode at midnight.
