Doug and Bill did an amazing job repairing my balcony. There was more water damage and rot than we even anticipated once the rails were lifted. They came up with the plan how to efficiently and thoroughly resolve the problem. There were no cutting corners, I loved that the job was done right, the materials used were great quality and it was all completed in a little over a day. I am so grateful for their help!

Lotus was a life saver for us!  We left for a quick 24 hour trip and when we returned and open our garage we were in shock.  We had a garage fire and lost everything.  We called Jill and her team was there and helped us step through everything.  If I had any questions, they had answers and the team was so great to work with.  I hope that no one has to go through what we went through, but if you need help in any damage and restoration please call Lotus first!

We had leaking water heater that's was still under warranty. t's difficult to find someone you can trust The folks at smith plumbing were helpful, timely and cost effective.  They came and got the old water heater to the warehouse and managed to get me another 6 year warranty.I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Sad they came to install a faucet and drain in new vanity.  Plumber came  2 weeks ago and said I don't have the part with me. My boss would kill me if he knew that.  He then left and said he would be back in a day or so.  I have text him couple times and still has not showed up. 2 weeks now and I called the office this Am at 0800 and they said boss would call. 4 hours latter no call

Roto-Rooter completed our repair (shower handle fell off). They fixed it and it works and the dispatch employees were very kind but those are the only good things I can say. Although it sounds like a simple fix (idk I'm not a plumber) we were quoted $400 which seemed very pricy. Imagine my shock when the bill came and it was actually $675. Seemed excessive. Additionally they did not communicate about running behind or respect our time. When I first called they told me the tech had a 2 hour window but then they showed up 3 hours later. They had to come back the next day and it was clearly communicated that we were unavailable after 10am. The tech promised to be there before 830 and then showed up well after 11. For the massive price I would at least expect timeliness or at the very least some type of basic communication. Thanks for fixing the shower but unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
