Sooooo happy to have finally found a plumbing company that is NOT a salesman in disguise!  Honest, fair, knowledgeable, professional and friendly is 100% what Babcock Plumbing is all about!  I will recommend them over and over!

We had our water heater leak.  When the Home Depot contractor came to replace it (at a ridiculous price) he saw mold behind.  We called the insurance company and a remediation company.  The remediation company wanted the water heater that was just installed moved. I asked them for a recommendation and I was given Howard Family Plumbing, and told that Cody did amazing work. I called and Cody came out the next day.  He moved the water heater, put it on a stand, let us keep the stand while the work was done, and put the water heater back for half of what the Home Depot contractor charged for the install.  Cody custom cut and soldered the extensions for the move and kept us in hot water (in the best way) for the weeks it took for the work to be completed.  Cody also removed our old, busted water softener.  Cody did great work and was very responsive.  I look forward to working with him again.

Kent is a terrific plumber. Whenever anyone in the Broadmor neighborhood of Tempe needs a plumber, his name is always at the top of the list. I can do simple things like hook up a faucet or sink drain, but whenever we need something complex done - like hook up a dishwasher during our kitchen remodel or replace our aging gas water heater - he is the guy we call. Always prompt, always professional, and his prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

Mike Davis plumbing fixed our Sewer Pumps after they went out of service.
They were quick to come out and check it over. Were right to the point and
very curtious on the Phone. The Mechanics were very nice and did a very
neat job on every thing. They gave us a couple of quotes so we could decide
on a temporary fix or a replacement fix. They got to work and had us back in
service in no time. I would will call them again for any future needs. I highly
suggest you call them for any plumbing needs. A-1 Service and Work.

Russ is an awesome guy. Very professional, timely, and budget friendly. He answered my cries for help with a small project gone wrong. Came in accessed the job, completed the job, and to top it off he cleaned up behind himself +++++. Thanks Russ! Will definitely hire him again.

Jae came to my house and knew immediately that we may have a leak in the slab. Bumble Bee has a leak locator as well as plumbing services and are able to get back out here the very next day to check for the leak. And, when I agree to repairs, the cost of the leak locator is credited towards the plumbing repair. There is no nickel and diming with this company! I will call Bumble Bee again and again and refer them to my real estate clients!

I just had Aspen put in a water softner for me. I hate waiting around for service people. With these guys they came in and did the work and I didn't have to be there. They also took care of a few other issues. Just a great family owned very friendly business.

This company hasn't even come out to my home yet but I feel compelled to share my positive experience already. It's Sat morning and a technician has already provided some helpful prior to my service appt scheduled for next week. Excellent responsiveness!!

My water heater needed to be replaced. After having a couple quotes, I chose Steadfast plumbing. Spencer was great and had the unit replaced the same day. It's been working great ever since, about 2 months. I would highly recommend calling them when you need plumbing service.

On time. Work done well. Willing to change original plan and do what needed to be done. Nice guys. Busted water fitting under my mobile home on Friday late afternoon, after calling 3 other emergency plumbers and getting no response I found PlumbSmart, answered all my concerns and set an appointment up for the following afternoon. Darrell showed up early and took care of the problem and another fitting that was looking like it was ready to fail. Quick and efficient, will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

We had used Joe Ciotta Plumbing before, and Joe retired - selling the business to Shadrach.
Jason, the owner, came by to give me an estimate for a new water heater. I was shocked by the price and got 2 more estimates. All three estimates were withing 5% of each other.
Seth installed the water heater, re-did all the copper tubing, and corrected all the non-code installation errors from the previous installation. These corrections complicated the installation and required 5 hours of labor to finish the job. Jason stuck to the estimate.
Very professional, courteous, great contact with the office concerning arrival times.  5 stars an easy review.

Bobby was amazing, really kind and very educational. He did the job quick and our doors are nice. Bobby is the go to guy!

We've been talking about getting a new hot water heater to avoid the flooding that has happened when previous ones went out.  Through a neighbor, I found this company and got a bid. They were reasonably priced, gave us a $100 off.  The installer arrived right on time, did a great job of installation and cleaning up after himself.  Even suggested we should get our soft water system checked, based on some residue he saw while he was working. Would definitely call them again.

Beware.  This company closed their old listing because of negative reviews.  I wasn't the only one.  Do your research before hiring ANY plumber.

Absolutely Pathetic. Avoid at all costs. They send you forms to fill instead of sending a technician. No technician called even after a week for the HVAC problem that was reported and they started lying that a technician called and got disconnected phone message. My phone was working and receiving multiple calls daily during the time. All bunch of lies.
Avoid this company. Informing state AG to investigate this fraudulent company

What a sorry excuse for a company! Run, don't walk away!

NewACUnit contacted this company who does not know the first thing about AC, nor customer service! From day one, our experience with them was a nightmare! They put a hole in the house, and their patching was pathetic. They messed up the installation and we needed up with water pouring through our bathroom, which is below the attic. There is no value, because we have had nothing but trouble, and have spent much more than we would have going with a quality company to begin with!

I am sorry that I ever had the misfortune of dealing with this classless, crooked company!
