We were going to replace our kitchen faucet ourselves however ran into a snag as we couldn't get the valves to close so my first instinct was to call my plumber Dallman Plumbing. They were able to set up a time within 48 hours to come and replace the faucet and get the valves closed to turn off the water. Curtis came on time and with a smile on his face on a Monday morning he was efficient and friendly and I couldn't ask for a better professional. I was pleased with the amount of the charge and the speed at which it was taken care of. This is the second time I've had to use Dallman Plumbing for a plumbing project and I would not use anyone else. Five stars all around!

As a renter at an apt complex whenever there seems to be a furnace or water heater issue my landlord always calls Cardinal.  Cardinal Heating has always been prompt in coming out to address the issues and the workmen are always friendly and are great at their jobs and clean up after themselves before they are ready to leave after the job is completed.  I know If i ever own my own house i will call these guys out for heating and cooling issues

So my roof disintegrated during the August flooding, and I had a patchwork quilt of rip-outs in my ceiling, walls, and flooring to air out the water damage. Used a local restoration company to fill in the patches. After 5 + months, a drywaller, painter, and flooring expert, the final piece was putting the toilet back in place. Oliver's plumbing came out. He texted and called on a Friday to arrange the work on the following Tuesday. Showed up within an hour window timeframe, was courteous, talkative, polite, and competent. We complained about a different toilet seal issue, and he even helped fix that extra piece. He completes his work within an hour, so hourly fees are mute. The price was competitive. Overall, we would recommend.

I met Dave and his team in 2018 for a home remodel.  He is down to earth, thorough in his work and communicates well along the way. He is also very fairly priced. I have hired Dave for many additional jobs and referred to multiple friends.  I highly recommend you give him a shot! -Ryan

Honestly, I can't write enough good things about S&S!  We had our whole water main from the house to the lateral break. It was lead, leaking badly, and had to be replaced quickly.  Lygia in the office was awesome to talk to and helped us get going right away.  Rick came out and gave us an estimate in under a day.  We received an incentive from the city with the pipe being lead and S&S worked directly with them and handled everything from start to finish.  On time, honest, super fair pricing, great work, and all around nice people.  If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

I'm so impressed and grateful. I reached out to Benjamin after several friends and other companies recommended them.... in the midst of the great 2019 polar vortex pipe freezing fiasco! We had a burst pipe in our kids room and bathroom and needed help stat. Despite being inundated with calls, they were able to rework their schedules and came within an hour. Very reasonable in price and incredibly reliable and kind to my rescue!

We really appreciated the text message communications letting us know estimated time of arrivals/updates. This allowed us to get our dog safely and comfortably out of the plumber's way. Quick work, thanks for the new water heater!

They did a wonderful job. I needed my faucet's supply lines replaced. The tech came to my house on Saturday morning and took care of the job very quickly. He was friendly and professional. The cost was exactly what you would expect to pay for a repair like this. I am highly satisfied with the work that was done and especially how fast they were able to fix it for me. If I could give them a higher rating I would.

I'm an idiot and someone from HJ Pertzborn came out and fixed something I should have figured out on my own.  He didn't make me feel stupid, was courteous, fast, and waived the travel fee as a courtesy.  These guys are great.

We used Kegonsa Remodeling for a major kitchen renovation in a nearly 100-year-old house. Before the remodel everything in the kitchen looked cheap and worn down (think 1970s brown, everywhere!), and the overall arrangement of the space was really inefficient. They came in and proposed a design that was the best balance of affordability and ideal features out of half a dozen contractors we interviewed. Once we began working with them, they provided consistent updates and met with us on a regular basis, enough so that even with unavoidable pandemic slowdowns, it still felt like the project was always moving forward. Once the remodel began, they had nearly daily updates for us on what was coming next, and the project actually finished ahead of schedule! Now we have a kitchen that has at least 3x the workspace, a significantly improved flow, and easily twice as much storage as our previous one did. We get compliments all the time, and recommend Kegonsa's work any chance we get!

I had a simple water heater replacement job and called Pipe Dreams because they are near neighbors and I wanted to support a small local contractor.  We set a time for replacement, they had a cancellation and asked to come early, which was fine. The journeyman plumber was fine and the work was completed within 2 hours; however, then the bill comes. They charged substantially more than MY price on the heater even though they get a better price. The biggest problem was the labor... $353 for 2 hours of journeyman labor. I called and gave them an opportunity to correct the billing. They said they charge for drive time. Uh, it takes about 3 minutes to get from their driveway to mine. They could not justify the time versus the billing but also did not change the billing. It is quite a shame to look for a small local plumber to support but find a someone that I'm posting negatives about instead.
