Best Sewer Repair in Lubbock TX
Bryan and his guys have been so good to us by providing excellent customer service, transparency and honest communication. They installed a water heater for us after a faulty one went bad. They fought for us to have a brand new one installed at no extra charge. We are very grateful for professionals that still care about their clients well-being. Thanks again, Bryan and Bees Knees Associates!

The staff is great at doing HVAC replacement, plumbing and gas-related work. Let me be clear about this. I would hire *the crew* no matter where they worked anytime. They work hard and get the job done right. I love my system and their work has been pristine. If it were just the crew I was rating here, it would be a 5-star rating.
What I didn't like was:
* the incompetency shown by the Owner when originally giving me a quote for the job, which ultimately led to it being a 3-day job and requiring completely different work than originally agreed in terms of duct work
* the fact that the Owner did not want to pay his crew overtime and told them to stop working at my house, leaving me without air during peak summer heat during the hottest summer on record, because of his incompetence and the secondary and tertiary issues they encountered once the duct work portion of the job began. (The crew refused to obey orders and stayed until they got my air working at least in the areas where I would be sleeping that night. They returned for day 3 to complete the job on the rest of the house. At least they had integrity and a sense of humanity.)
* the deceit and subsequent gaslighting by the Owner when I called him out for telling me (and writing it on the order/quote) that something I already owned and invested in would not need to be changed for the job to be completed. As well as the outright lie he told when he said all [his] employees are trained to install the product I purchased. The crew had never seen the product before and had no idea how to install it. It turned out, only the Owner's son went through the training. The backpedaling the Owner did when I caught him in this lie was ridiculous and utterly transparent. A judge would have laughed him right out of court, had it gotten to that point.
* the runaround he gave me (typical DARVO garbage) when I knew what I was talking about regarding the equipment already installed in my home and the incompatibility issues his recently installed equipment was causing.
It took me going to the manufacturer and creating a case where everything was documented by someone else for him to agree to new terms for the quote. It's a shame because, while I will remain a customer due to the product I have and the warranty this company provides for the product, I have lost all faith in the company due to the Owner alone. Apparently, according to all the employees I've talked to in this company, this is typical behavior of his. Maybe it's time for this narcissist to retire and let someone who cares about customers first handle customer-related issues like sales and service.
In short, this Owner got off easy with the terms I set for the adjusted quote, and he knows it. I know it. I am hoping he learned his lesson and treats customers better going forward, but from what his employees shared, I doubt he will. You've been warned. Do your due diligence and do not trust anything he says. Make sure you know what competency to expect from a professional in this field before you buy into his song and dance about his father's business and how long they've been around. Riding on his father's coattails will not save him at the end of the day when he can't be honest with and do right by his customers without a fight.
If I were rating my dealings with the Owner post-sales call, it would be a 1-star rating at best. His crew and office staff earned him the extra two stars. That should tell you more than enough.

I have been a customer of BTAC for a little over a year and have been treated okay. I have a rental house in Lubbock and have counted on their services up until this month. I had set up my rental on a preventative maintenance plan for 149.00 a year which basically includes a discount on call outs and service. In reality its 149.00 for them to change my air filter and come up with other things to repair. They would usually call me prior to going to my rental and call me PRIOR to doing any repairs since I would be responsible for paying for the repair so that I could authorize the charge. Well this past month, they called me to see if I wanted to renew my preventative maintenance plan, which I told them I did not want. According to Lori at BTAC, the front desk person called me again and wanted to schedule another air filter change so believing it was my final maintenance on the already paid plan I told them to go ahead and call the tenant to schedule the air filter change. Knowing I had already declined the preventative maintenance renewal....she renewed it. The technician went to my rental and changed my filter and found something wrong at the house and no one called me to authorize the repair. The repair was just done and a bill send to me without letting me know something was wrong. Now I have a bill for 149.00 on a preventative maintenance plan I never wanted renewed, and another bill for 51.00 for a part I never knew needed to be repaired. I called BTAC and spoke with Lori to voice my concern and of course she was uncompassionate and a Yes Ma'am company person defending the decisions of the person that renewed the preventative maintenance plan and the technician that performed the unauthorized repairs. After speaking to her, she told me she would check with the manager to see what could be done and their solution was to removed the preventative maintenance plan and bill me at a higher rate for the service call and bill me at a higher rate for the repair. Oh and after checking the price of the part they replaced at the discounted rate the part is listed at less than 30.00 and my discounted rate was 51.00. I will definitely NEVER utilize this company again other than now since I am stuck paying for another year of preventative maintenance on something I never authorized. This company has very bad customer service and bad business practices. Beware and look elsewhere if you don't want to get tricked and stuck with a bill.

I used this company because my heater wasn't working. When I called to inquire about cost, I was told it would be $79 for the service call and if I wanted them to fix the problem it would be more depending on what the issue was. The guy was there for about 30 minutes before he determined it was my transformer. He asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and fix it, I asked how much and he said $250. Me, not knowing any better said okay. When it was time to settle up I was astonished to the see the bill. They use a predetermined price for certain stages. I was a Stage 2 charge, which was straight up $250. No one ever mention this pricing scam to me. I researched the price of the transformer and found it at Home Depot for $12.55!! So for 1 hr. labor and a part that cost $12.55 they charged me $329...quite a markup!! I think they are a bunch of crooks and will not recommend them to anyone!!
PS-Keep in mind the weather temperature was in the teens!! Two days later my heater is not working again!!. I called them and they said that it would be warrantied if it was the same problem if not there would be a charge. So, I'm thinking NOT. I will not be suckered again!! Called another company and they charge $34.95 for service call and do not have a predetermined Stage pricing. So BEWARE this company!!

Expensive and somewhat shady. I used these guys multiple times when I first moved to Lubbock. The were expensive, but did decent work so I stuck with them. After a while I noticed every time they came something else would suddenly go wrong. I never had any proof of misconduct until recently. They came to fix my drain and water lines under the bathroom sink, and I told the plumber I would be installing the faucet myself when they were finished. After months of trying to wrap my head around how to connect the drain pipe to the sink drain I finally realized they had used an adapter to change the pipe size out of the wall from 1 1/4 to 1 1/2. No wonder I couldn't find the right fitting for the 1 1/4 sink drain!! I am sure this was done on purpose in order to get me to call them back (getting more of my money).
There are definitely better options around Lubbock.
I know I won't be calling these guys back.
