Bryan and his guys have been so good to us by providing excellent customer service, transparency and honest communication. They installed a water heater for us after a faulty one went bad. They fought for us to have a brand new one installed at no extra charge. We are very grateful for professionals that still care about their clients well-being. Really recommend this guy! I had some troubles with my plumbing after some people staying at my house damaged the bathroom. I talked to Jason and sent him a picture and when he showed up he had it fixed in a couple hours. He even thought ahead and had the parts I needed on the truck with him. It's really nice to have someone who does good work and doesn't try to take advantage of you. Highly recommend for anyone with plumbing issues.

First the name of the place is Mr. Rooter not Roto Rooter for you previous reviewers.  Also those were from 2016 so today in 2022/2023 I can tell you this company has provided me with some of the best, most professional service I have ever received.  I own rentals and they have been out early morning and late evening 7 days a week for various issues with an old building.  I have appreciated the guys and how they finish the job and clean up behind themselves.  As for the bill it is about average to what other companies charge.  I will continue using this plumbing company and recommending them to people I know.

The Guy that gave the estimate was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. We called to get an estimate for a new a/c unit. He came on time and completed the estimate within 15 minutes. We sat and discussed prices and finance options. This was a Friday so finance application wasn't processed until the following week. The 1st finance company denied our request. Ok that's fine...I asked if they had additional payment options and the lady stated yes I'll get back to you. It has been 3 weeks and we have yet to hear back. We have called and left several messages and still not a peep. If denied financing just say so!! It is very unkind to have people waiting for a response in this west texas heat ..we could have gone somewhere else sooner but did not want our credit dinged.  I will never use this company again...too bad because like i said the salesman was great...office staff not so much. Businesses should never leave customers hanging at least send a letter in the mail or send an email geez.

They are even worse than they were 4 years ago.
WesTech worked on the house next to mine, as you can see in the photo, the red line shows the property line.
They dumped at least 3 to 4 what I would say wheel barrel loads of my neighbor's dirt and trash on my side, on top of some metal I had on the side of my house.  Do you think I was super friendly and sweet when I called them to get over and remove the dirt? Of course not, what blatant disregard of someone else's property.
They told me they were waiting on the inspector and then they would come clean it up, I said the hell you are get over here now. They did not, I received a phone call from someone ( a male) that told me if my attitude was better they would have come, and that it was just a small amount of dirt and it was no big deal.
needless to say after some really bad attitude words from me, I took all of the dirt on my side and put it back in the hole.
They sent two guys to get the dirt back out, who then gave me lip. I called the police and they were criminally trespassed from stepping on my side to shovel the dirt.
ANY OTHER company that did this, would have apologized and sent someone over to correct this. Now I will file a complaint with the better business bureau and filling in small claims court  on the cost of the metal.
If you think this is the kind of company you want to hire, I think they can be reached at 1-800- We done give a crap.

No word can explain all the trouble we have gone through! At this point it's just ridiculous.

Took 3 days to respond to air conditioner repair with temps over 100°.

My heater motor went out.  I was expecting to wait a few days until someone could come and fix the problem.  I called late in the the day to set up an appointment and they said they would have someone come out the same day to change the motor.  I have always had good service from Joe Rushing.

I used this company because my heater wasn't working.  When I called to inquire about cost, I was told it would be $79 for the service call and if I wanted them to fix the problem it would be more depending on what the issue was.  The guy was there for about 30 minutes before he determined it was my transformer. He asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and fix it, I asked how much and he said $250.  Me, not knowing any better said okay.  When it was time to settle up I was astonished to the see the bill.  They use a predetermined price for certain stages.  I was a Stage 2 charge, which was straight up $250.  No one ever mention this pricing scam to me.  I researched the price of the transformer and found it at Home Depot for $12.55!!  So for 1 hr. labor and a part that cost $12.55 they charged me $329...quite a markup!!  I think they are a bunch of crooks and will not recommend them to anyone!!  

PS-Keep in mind the weather temperature was in the teens!!  Two days later my heater is not working again!!.  I called them and they said that it would be warrantied if it was the same problem if not there would be a charge.  So, I'm thinking NOT.  I will not be suckered again!!  Called another company and they charge $34.95 for service call and do not have a predetermined Stage pricing.  So BEWARE this company!!

Expensive and somewhat shady. I used these guys multiple times when I first moved to Lubbock. The were expensive, but did decent work so I stuck with them. After a while I noticed every time they came something else would suddenly go wrong. I never had any proof of misconduct until recently. They came to fix my drain and water lines under the bathroom sink, and I told the plumber I would be installing the faucet myself when they were finished. After months of trying to wrap my head around how to connect the drain pipe to the sink drain I finally realized they had used an adapter to change the pipe size out of the wall from 1 1/4 to 1 1/2. No wonder I couldn't find the right fitting for the 1 1/4 sink drain!! I am sure this was done on purpose in order to get me to call them back (getting more of my money).
There are definitely better options around Lubbock.
I know I won't be calling these guys back.
