Bryan and his guys have been so good to us by providing excellent customer service, transparency and honest communication. They installed a water heater for us after a faulty one went bad. They fought for us to have a brand new one installed at no extra charge. We are very grateful for professionals that still care about their clients well-being. I had an underground pipe leak, and I did not want to dig up the floors. They installed pex through the attic, and I saved the cost of tile and wood flooring having to be replaced. The staff member working on the job was professional and very diligent in his work. We have had no problems since the work was completed, and I feel confident the work was done right.

Had a pipe BUST in wall at 6 a.m. in the morning,  they came out right away and turn the water off to the house.
They were back within an hour and a half and fix my problem. Very fast and very professional

Our plumbing has been backing up from using the washer, washing dishes, etc. Have been dealing with other plumbers sent by the rental agency untill they called Les, he fixed our problem quickly, explained the problem and how he fixed it. Tured out to be roots had found their way in the line due to a weak cover. I can't thank him enough!

WHERES THE HONESTY?? EXTRA CHARGES like $25 for a body suit ha kidding right?? Nope just look at the invoice, Company charges extra hour($90/hr) of labor by design not only that but get every visit invoiced in writing signed to avoid surprises(my mistake). FYI, They will start charging you labor as in drive time to your home soon as they call to confirm you are home even a little bit before the call in my case and also after the technician has handed you paper work and sits for a rest so it will always tack on at least one hour of labor. Just imagine the extra cost if the service tech was stuck somewhere or had to stop even just for a quick drink? So shoo them away or make them get out of the truck asap to complete the work, long as they are parked on location you're paying them(GPS based I was told). Clocked the entire actual work time since I had nothing better to do and for both days it was 3 hours total. I was told by the service technician the initial visit would be of no charge since he did not really work plus it would be again another drive time fee and did not receive an invoice of the visit to sign. Came back the next day to start and complete the work which caused an extra cost in replacing the valve to the water heater since the technician wanted the water to be shut off to the whole house not just from the water heater (Thats fine+fair). The work was good but comes at an very high extra cost so please think carefully and get everything in writing signed, ask about extras cost like the body suit and plastic sheeting if you choose to go with Joe Rushing services since they will not tell you these things. Bitterly paid my bill that's different from my signed day of invoice since it would not be worth the fight in legal fees this time. Wish I could include a picture to show the difference. Unbelievable they charged $90 an hour from the time they left their shop until they returned. How do we really know when they left & when they returned? My 90
year old mother was taken for a bundle. Stay away from this place.

Absolutely do not use these guys. I had a sewer line stopped up they came out and looked at my sewer line and told me I didn't have any cleanouts. That there was no way they could clean out the line and it would have to be replaced. They quote me 2000$ plus 500$ for a clean out. The day came to replace my line and low and behold a clean out appeared. So the scoped my line they found that my pipes were full of roots and the only way to really fix it was to replaces them. They tore up my backyard and using a small track driven backhoe and replaced my line. After the were finished the bill was 2400 for the job , I ask the guy who did the work why they charged me for a clean out they did not replace and he said they didn't the job just took longer then they expected.

Here it is 7 months later and I am having the same trouble. I called on a Sunday and got there on call service and with in 10 mins Gibson call me and even though the guy putting in the line told me I would never have this issue again it would be 149.00 plus what ever it took un stop the line.

They did not even fix the problem, in fact, made it worse!!! Damaged the exterior of my shower facet. Very poor service from Don. I had to get a different plumber to fix what they didn't!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Also, received a quote for an exterior hose bib for $150.00, that's outrageously overpriced. I replaced myself for $12.

Please do not waste your time with this company!! We had to use them because of our home warranty, but if we had known how awful they were, we would have just simply used another company.  We had a MAJOR water leak due to a busted pipe and they drug the process out for over 2 weeks!! Again, please do not use A-1 plumbing.
