Wonderful service, very knowledgeable, professional, I highly recommend Terry Plumbing.

These guys are great.  Mary, on the phone, is very helpful.  The plumbers show up on time, get the job done promptly, and the charges are very fair.  I thought I had an outside water leak, so called the company that handles line warranties for the water company.  Those guys came out and identified that I didn't have a line leak, found a toilet leak, and quoted me a price several hundred dollars higher than what Nine Lines charged on their time and materials basis.

We called Ratterman a few months ago to install a waterline to the new ice maker & install a replacement faucet in the bathroom.  They were absolutely fantastic!  Thank you Chad & Keith!

This week, we had water in our basement due to a stopped up sewer line.  They came, they snaked, they pulled out large roots. After all that, water was still backing up in the basement shower.  AWESOME supervisor Chad came out and also found the backflow valve had seized.  He had to clean it out & free that up. (Sparing you the gory details.) It will still need to be replaced and we'll eventually have to dig up the yard and replace the remaining clay pipes, but... We have water! We have sewer! They have REALLY been awesome with everything they've done for us in the past several months.  

I even recommended them to my parents a couple of weeks ago when they had a basement drain back up.  They were there in less than an hour, late on a Saturday afternoon and took care of the problem immediately.  My parents were extremely happy with their service as well.  Thank you Ratterman!!

Came to check gas line as i smelled gas outside - 2 years after their new install. Literally there 10 minutes said would come back and recheck later in day never returned. Sure did charge me $209 without giving me heads up of cost. I asked for quote on water softener said they would send never did.

Always great work at very reasonable prices. Everyone I've worked with has been really friendly, communicative, and honest. I highly recommend using these folks for your plumbing needs.

Unresponsive after dispatched via home warranty provider. They called initially and left message but I called back 5-6 times over the course of a week - they never replied and never scheduled. Had to turn elsewhere for service.

Always top notch service by experienced plumbers that care about the customers problems.  I'd use them again, no question.

I was satisfied with the work, but the charges for the work were inflated.  A broken toilet flange was replaced and the sewer line was augured. The time to complete the work was under 90 minutes.  We were charged $488.73 for the job (broken down as $82 for the service run, $40 for the drain machine, $22.73 for materials, and $344 for labor). I see from a former review a few years back that they have a pattern of over-charging.  Buyer beware.

We were very satisfied with the service Jarboe's provided. Our technician, Timothy, fixed the problem for the agreed-upon price, offered tips for preventing future problems, and cleaned up the work space like a champ. The first company we called (can't remember the name, something like Dom Trexler) could really learn a lesson from Jarboe's about service and integrity.

The guy from Koestel plumbing (I think his name was Gary?) was super friendly and professional.  He came to fix my sink like really soon (the same day) after I called.  I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Called on tuesday with a water leak. They seemed professional and up to the repair but had to leave and return on wed. Wed morning they canceled the appointment leaving me with a leak. On thursday one man arrived and proceeded to dig for the leak, five hours in- and he was working at finding the line- a supervisor called to stop work, and insisted that we needed to replace our entire service- at a cost of $7100!. Then, they left. Left me with the water turned off after three days and no real solution. Fortunately Maeser got a plumber out to me within two hours and he had the leak repaired within an hour!

It's been over a year, but it was a nightmare hiring this company. I hired them to fix a piece if fascia (gutter board) that had come undone from my roof line. They just hammered it back in, bending aluminum all along the fascia. A month later I had to hire a company to fix their job. They also attempted A plumbing job which I was charged over a thousand fir bThey cut holes in the tile, new commode and then left. This was after they no showed me on the job several times. Guess what??   I still had the blockage and had to call a different contractor.  Worst experience ever

Our water heater went out. So I called Crestwood plumbing. They came out and said it's to old to be fixed. Proceeded to tell me how I needed to buy a new one for $1,600!
Later that afternoon a family friend came over, so I expressed to him the concerns about my water heater. He looked at it told me that it just needed a cleaning. Once cleaned, my water heater worked perfectly fine! Seems to me that Crestwood Plumbing is trying to rip people off.  Be aware!
