HE introduced to self and let me know he was a master plumber. It's always a good feeling when you know it will get done right the  first  time. He's very thorough with everything he did, make sure it was done properly,and he didn't rush thru it,nor did he take to long was done before I had to pick up the kids. When we got home the kids were thrilled to use the upstairs bathroom.

My elderly father came to live with us on July 3. We got an estimate from TD for a walk in shower suitable for an older person and it was better than a quote from a previous company. My father turned 90 in July and we needed a shower that he could use safely. The salesman and installers all met and spoke with my dad. Everyone knew we wanted a safe shower. We had TD remove our like new tub and shower and install an acrylic shower with seat and lots of handicap rails. No one warned us the floor could be slippery. The first time my father used the shower he could hardly sit in the slippery seat and his feet could not grip the floor. His feet slid out from under him and he fell. Our grandsons came over to help dad up and they couldn't stand up in the shower. My dad broke his kneecap and has been in the hospital over three weeks. He can't put weight on that leg for eight weeks. He needs rehab for several weeks. I used the shower once and I could hardly sit on the seat it was so slippery and I could barely stand up. All TD did is put down some strips to make it less slippery and to tell us it didn't seem to be a complaint they got from other customers. I wish they had warned us. My dad might not be facing such a long recovery period. I should give them no stars. Wish we had gone with another company. TD should pay for my dads rehab and put warnings on their acrylic shower flooring.

Wow ...  1st appointment 9am had to miss work for   2 hours ...no call , no show ..  Finally 1030am  I call Jason the phone guy with 30 years of experience. He claims  they are a driver down  down but have 5-6 service tech .But  when pressed about that wasn't I the first appointment and why not at least a courtesy call... He seems  to not have no answer ... So we make another appointment the follow day appointments @430 pm i ... no show , no call again ...@ 530 I call again and now Jason tells me he was never going to send anyone out because I put my reviews of them ( punctuality, professionalism..etc on Angie's list ...  He tells me if I want them to come ,I need to take down my review ... My job is to switch out to fuse that were damage by water which I was told would cost between 300-1500 dollars ... so apparently on Angie's list review I put the job was 800 .. which is between 300-1500 and Jason called me a liar... Stay away from these guys and Jason your the voice of the company ... work on your skills!!!!

It's been over a year, but it was a nightmare hiring this company. I hired them to fix a piece if fascia (gutter board) that had come undone from my roof line. They just hammered it back in, bending aluminum all along the fascia. A month later I had to hire a company to fix their job. They also attempted A plumbing job which I was charged over a thousand fir bThey cut holes in the tile, new commode and then left. This was after they no showed me on the job several times. Guess what??   I still had the blockage and had to call a different contractor.  Worst experience ever

Had a gas leak around dinner time. Called LG&E and they determined there were two gas leaks. Reynolds did come out that evening, around 7:30, and worked on repairing a gas leak on a pipe in the basement and another one on a stove burner. While the burner needed a part that would not be available until the following morning, they worked on the basement pipe until 9:30 pm. As it was late we told them it was perfectly fine to come back the following day with the part and complete the repair.

The following day they returned around 1:15 with the part, about a $200 piece that needed to be replaced. Finishing up with both repairs around 4:45, the total price for the job - about 5-6 hours over two days - was around $2k. Extremely expensive for a gas line (or any plumbing repairs), probably 2x the price taking into the timing of the job.

They were extremely nice, and did follow up on finding the part for the stove after multiple stores claimed they had it, but in fact did not. While it was nice to have the repairs done quickly, we certainly paid for it.
